DON'T use Hong Kong International Airport
This Airport is very unfriendly with dour staff throughout. It is even worse with the Pandemic restrictions and the staff are downright rude. Do NOT use HKG if you have any alternative as it will destroy your trip.

This was so far one of my worst experiences taking tours. I will not use Tripadviser any longer as it hires cheap and unprofessional tour companies not suitable to Western travelers.
To start our female tour guide in Macau didn’t speak proper English. I could not understand half of what she was saying. Secondly, she took us cookies shopping first thing instead of going to St. Paul’s cathedral. We spent 40 min waiting for all the group buying cookies. We lost precious time, because it started raining when we got to visit outdoor areas. Then she split for an hour running her errands without much guidance.
She was loud, yelling and didn’t have your sign or microphone. Not mentioning she didn’t look professional.
After all this, my husband and I told her that we are going to leave and she started insisting us to stay. After she failed to convince us she demanded us to sign some papers. Obviously, we refused. The whole experience was a disaster. No more Tripadviser for our tours.

Dear Mervin, Thank you very much for providing detailed information about your itinerary and sharing the beautiful photos with us. The weather looks great! We apologize for not finding a matching reservation under the username "Mervin," but we did have a group of 7 guests group from Indonesia booked for the same tour on December 31st. We contacted the guide for that day, and he informed us that since there were no other guests, the family had the entire vehicle and guide to themselves. The guests were highly satisfied with the arrangement and left a tip of appreciation. Furthermore, we cross-checked your schedule and the landmarks, and it appears that we visited each place as stated. However, specific arrival and departure times for each attraction can vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, the number of guests, and the allotted time at each site. We need to maintain a paced schedule throughout the day to ensure that every landmark is properly visited and return to your hotel within the designated time. Considering group tours aim to cater to the majority customers' travel needs, we have designed the itinerary to cover Hong Kong and Macau in a short timeframe, including experiencing the featured turbo jet, must-see attractions in Macau, and with lunch. This results in relatively limited time spent at each location. Based on your feedback, it seems that a more in-depth tour with a private guide for Macau might better suit your preferences. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Have a wonderful day!

Your was. Not explained that you would be collected then left at ferry by one tour person take the ferry trip alone then met by another tour person .
There was a problem with the other couple on my tour so I was the only person on the tour.
Lunch was disgusting I was left to sit alone with bus loads of mainland Chinese. Tour person left me there I had to find her to ask to continue the tour .
I asked for early return on ferry as I had finished the tour hours earlier than usual.
Certainly would not recommend that tour.
Tour person did not speak good English

Dear Customer, We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the Macau tour arrangement. We immediately contacted both tour guides in Hong Kong and Macau, and they replied that all guests visited the designated sightseeing points smoothly and they were happy with the guide service. The lunch at METROPARK hotel received many good comments and without complain before. If you could tell me more about it, and then I can pass on your suggestion to the restaurant management. The Macau tour guide Ms. Law works in our company for more than 10 years. We have the confident that her English plus experience-are very good to communicate with guests. As our coach tour guests come from many different countries, customs needs to verify various types of passports during the boarding process. In order to improve the efficiency of our guests' clearance, we have optimized the arrangement of our tour guides. The Hong Kong guide is responsible for hotel pick-up and drop-off, as well as assisting guests with customs clearance. If a guest encounters any issues with their passport that prevent them from clearing customs, the guide will assist in handling the situation without affecting the itinerary of the majority of guests. The Macau guide is responsible for receiving off-ship passengers and guiding them on their tour. After a trial period, this arrangement has proven to be more streamlined. We will update this information in the product description and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Once again, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced during your tour and hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with a better experience in the future. Sincerely, Trippest Customer Care

The tour guide was great full of energy and quite funny! Great tour to see Macau and do as part of a group if you are a solo traveller.
Would have liked more time at the old church ruins but I understand the time constraint. I highly recommend this tour.

Dear Davina, Thank you very much for taking your time to provide us with feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had a wonderful day in Macau. Yes, if you are a solo traveler, we highly recommend this route as it includes a knowledgeable and funny English-speaking tour guide for a whole day trip. It eliminates the hassle of transportation by providing hotel pickup and drop-off, and with a reservation made one day in advance, you don't have to worry about anything. We have also received your suggestion to spend more time at the Ruins of St. Paul's, and we will take this into consideration for future itinerary optimizations, aiming to meet the needs of our valued customers and ensure greater satisfaction. We wish you a good day!

It’s a big day! But a great way to see the history of Macau. Much easier to do it all via a tour and not have to worry about the transport, it’s all take care of. The guide we had on the Macau side was amazing. Very knowledgeable and funny. We had time at the casinos as well. Lunch was good, but disappointing that some drinks were not included in the price. Other than that. A great day.

Dear Gio, I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience and trouble caused by the cancellation of the Macau tour due to insufficient numbers. We suggested an alternative date, but unfortunately, it did not match with your schedule. This situation is very rare, occurring only 1-2 times in the past 12 month, and usually, most people can accommodate a one-day delay or an earlier option. We are currently the only Hong Kong tour provider offering a cost-effective day tour to Macau by coach and are working hard to attract customers, ensuring that we can depart daily. We understand your frustration and hope that you have a pleasant trip in Hong Kong. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you in the future. Best Regards, Trippest Customer Care.

We had a great time in Macao. The travel was smooth by ferry from a Hong Kong. The sites were an eclectic mix of sacred sites and glitzy casinos. The guide Cindy was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

Didn't live up to the hype for me. I do have to admit the weather was a contributing factor; rough seas over and back, cold, windy, misty/rainy/foggy, etc. But, still a disappointment unless you're into casinos. If you've ridden on a fast-ferry anywhere in the world, seen a church, seen a tourist-trap shopping "historical" plaza, you've pretty much "seen" Macau. Best part of the whole day was the lunch and our guide - a real character.

We travelled by Jet Boat from Hong Kong to Macau on a Grey Line tour. The service was excellent, light meal and drink provided during the trip. We were met on arrival and with the local guide tkane on a walking tour of the "old city areas" - a lot of history with the old buildings. Lunch was provided in the Macau Tower complex - 300 metres high with views of China. We were then taken to visit several of the 39 Casinos. We elected to visit the Venetian complex on our own tour, You could spend a day in the complex on its own. They had a courtesy bus back to the ferry terminal for the return trip to Hong Kong..
