- 338mareikeh00Amazing day trip to escape the busy city and see something else from KoreaHello, I went alone on this trip and really enjoyed it. We had Shine as a guide and she was wonderful. Explained a bit about the history and Korea on general and always answered additional questions. First stop was Mount Seorak, you then get a choice for 3 hiking routes. I choose the one to the waterfalls and it did not disappoint. The stairs to the last waterfall are challenging, if you untrained, but worth it. After enjoying the view and some lunch afterwards we went to the Naksansa Temple by the sea. Great views again and you can enjoy some free tee in the temple with an amazing view over the city or to the beach. It is a long day but definitely worth it.
- 990jeanniee00The BEST day trip in South KoreaThis day trip was one of the BEST! My daughters and I really enjoyed every moment of it. Shine, our tour guide was informative and helpful throughout the tour. I love that she explained about each location and then let us explore on our own. We started off with panoramic views of calming nature at the Garden of Morning Calm. It's a great escape if your coming from a busy city. Then we took a ferry to Nami Island, but of course one of my daughters was brave enough to zipline to the island instead. We got to see beautiful peacocks roaming around freely and ostriches, who would pose for a picture. Our last destination was Rail Park, this was a great ending to our trip. My daughters and I had so much fun peddling our car to Romantic Station and the views were just so beautiful. I would highly recommend this day trip for any family on vacation.
- Jule R00Exhausting but awesome! We had a very nice tour guide named „Shine“. She did her best to give us information about the region and some historical input. She even spoke in Chinese! At the Seoraksan National Park there were three options to go to explore. We decided to hike up the Ulsanbawi Rock. It was very tiring because of all the stairs but definitely worth it! After the hike the tour continued to the Naksan Temple. Definitely recommend taking this one! But be prepared it’s a long day!
- johntA6181YH00Wonderful opportunity to see mountains in KoreaThis was a great way to get to the Seorak mountains as a solo traveller and meet other people. I liked that we had the flexibility to choose between a more challenging ( and rewarding) 3 hour hike up the Ulsanbawi rock which I chose, the waterfalls, cave, cable car and relaxed lunch. I would have appreciated knowing what the options in advance. The temple was nice. I had hoped the guide would give us more information rather than free time. Good value for money.
- Albertalbert0800Pleasant ExperienceAlthough it’s more like a drop on and drop off, rather than a proper tour, it’s still a pleasant experience. The group leader, Sherry, was friendly and helpful.
- Seasondtraveller00Rather disappointingI found the experience disappointing, for various reasons. First, it was not the best season, the foliage was still green. Second, the bus took forever to collect everyone, to get there, and back, and was uncomfortable and poorly equipped (no wifi in particular). Third, it was horribly crowded in Nami Island, which is incredibly touristy. Fourth, the guide's explanations were mediocre and everything repeated in Chinese - it would be better to have separate English and Chinese language tours. I should have stayed in Seoul, where there are many nicer things to see a few metro stations away.
- 466andreeas00The best experience with the handsome guide (David)We had a pleasant experience that has begun with the Garden of the Morning Calm, very beautiful garden, David explained everything before we started to explore the garden. Afterwards we visited the Nami Island, where we have seen many squirrels and bunny's, pleasant experience and beautiful scenery. At the end we had the rail bike, a very funny ride. David was a excellent guide, he explained everything well and made funny jokes. The best day and tour!
- Y9879HDwilliamc00Beautiful tour, friendly guide and great destinationsAbsolutely beautiful destinations, some fantastic views and had plenty of time at each stop. Our guide, Hakim was very friendly, accommodating and generally made the trip very enjoyable with great suggestions.
- Jordon B00Highly recommendThe best sights in South Korea, probably the world. Julian is a good guide and waited around for some people in our group who were late to return.
- 437juditl00Great day in GyeongjuThe day trip covered the major sights in Gyeongju. There was a good balance between group activity and free time which allowed us to go to see more things beyond the guided tour. Our guide Jiwon was very enthutiasctic , helpful and friendly ,gave interesting details and facts. And not the least she ensured that everyone in our group was back always on time and we did not have to wait for each other.
- L2297CMloisb00Private tour & we did Zipline to Name IslandWe booked through Klook so not sure it was conducted by Kstorytour. We had a private driver who organised all tickets for us & booked us onto the Zipline while we were doing the Rail Bike. Mr Shin was excellent gave us lots of time to enjoy Nami Island & Morning Calm Garden.
- 884tatianat00A must when visiting Busan - highly recommend! This tour was one of the highlights of our trip across South Korea. We got lucky that the other guests slated for our tour cancelled, so our incredible tour guide Tommy was super flexible with the itinerary and customizing it to what we wanted to see most. We started off Haedong Yonggungsa Temple which was so magical, right on the water. Then we headed off to Songdo beach to see the Skywalk and find a lunch spot. Unfortunately due to the rain the Skywalk was closed but Tommy guided us on a walk along the the boardwalk giving us more history on Busan - you can really tell how proud he is of his city. We mentioned to Tommy we were looking forward to some seafood so he found us a wonderful spot on the water where we indulged in some fresh sashimi platters followed by some grilled shell fish - platter was a mix of clams, oysters, muscles, etc. We then headed out to Gamcheon Culture Village which left us in awe - an incredible structure to see. After Tommy guided us through the village & it's history, we had about an hour to roam through the streets, buy souvenirs and pop into any of the local spots for a quick bite. This was our favorite tour by far, and Tommy made sure we had a memorable experience - highly recommend!!
- 276carlinc00Great way to see the nature that Korea has to offerI had a very enjoyable day. We went to a large garden that had a variety of different smaller gardens of different styles and themes. The gardens had flowers and bonsi trees, ponds, rivers, ferns, a wide array of different beautiful plant species. It's apparently quite good to visit in Autumn. The park was based inside a valley of a forest. There were plenty of benches to sit and take in the beautiful scenery. Then we visited the island. The island was nice. There were a number of locations from popular. A collection of small museums, cafes and restaurants. The island was clean with plenty of plants organised around the place. Squirrels, peacocks and ostriches. It's a small island that takes about 30 mins to walk across. To get to the island you can take the ferry, a fast boat ride, or zip line. Finally, we visited to rail park. We got on pedal powered rail cars with seats of two and four. You can pay more (10k won) to go on a car of two. But, you need to book ahead. We took the rail car over 8km of track, around the mountains, through tunnels, past farms. It was a great way to experience the nature side that Korea has to offer. I was contacted the night before my Sheri providing me all the instructions on how to get to the location. I was also contacted on the island the times of when we had to leave. There was good communication. Could even just send through the itinerary or links. The bus that we took had air-conditioning. I definitely wouldn't have visited these places by myself, it would've been a hassle. I think it would've taken much longer and possibIy cost more. I am happy that I made the purchase to go on this trip. It was a good experience. I recommend it to you!

Excellent organization of the tour by our guide Kevin who is a very knowledgeable guide (plus very fluent in English, Mandarin and Korean) that provides all the info you need to know about Nami island and other travel & food tips within Seoul. A highly recommended tour.

The day tour was excellent, our tour guide Kelly was very professional and informative. She gives good recommendations regarding the photo spots and must sees in the places we visited throughout the day. The tour was very well organised and would definitely recommend to people visiting Seoul and wanted to do something out of the town for a day.

We went on a Sunday when it never stopped raining. But that wasn’t the issue. Le Petit France was possibly the oddest place we have ever been. We spent almost two hours there, and never did understand why it was part of the tour. Maybe if we were with children? Although any child who has been to Disneyland would probably not be enthralled with this place. I wish they would skip this spot and give us more time in Nami Island and the Garden of Morning Calm. Nami was really fun and I could see how in fair, warmer weather it would be a blast. The garden of Morning Calm was truly spectacular- if you have an appreciation of and affinity for botanic gardens. I do, and I think this is one of the most beautiful gardens (especially for its comparatively compact size) I’ve ever been to. I would love to come back in every season. But look for a tour with Nami and the Garden and skip Le Petit France.

Think of this as a glorified shuttle bus between sights. The tour guide provided a few minutes of guidance for each location but once off the bus you’re on your own. We went during May/June and the inside of the bus was warmer than outside, and at one point we were all sweating! It made the ride miserable. If you go during the warmer weather, find a bus that has “real” air conditioning.

Great jam packed tours! Love Nami island and the garden of morning calm. I don’t watch K-drama so didn’t fully get the relevance of some of the landmarks but truly enjoyed it. I would prefer to stay a bit longer at Nami island or the Garden.

This tour exceeded our expectations. Not only was Nami Island awesome, but the Garden of Morning Calm was stunningly beautiful. Add the fun experience of Petite France and the Italian Village and you have a five star day. Our guide, Shine, was very pleasant and enthusiastic about it all.

Hello, I’m interested with this package. I would like to experience the Cherry Blossom in Nami Island. I will be in Seoul from 6-12th of April 2020. When is the best time to go for the Cherry Blossom in Nami Island within that date? Thank you.

I would trust puilingj2018 since March-April is springtime in South Korea. I was there in early October - hoped to see plenty of Autumn colours in the trees but was a little early for that.

If the date is available, sale goes through, and you don't receive a cancellation notice, you should be okay.
Like can we ride the zipline? Is there an additional cost if ever?

Agree with answer above. You have to have cash to give to the tour guide to pay for you. I think it is around 45000 KRW per person.
