US$90.00
Overview
Discover Tiwanaku and Lake Titicaca on a private trip from La Paz that combines two Bolivian highlights into a spectacular day of exploring. You’ll see the ancient capital of the Tiwanaku culture, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the travel Lake Titicaca’s beautiful shoreline, with the flexibility and personal service of a private guide throughout the day.
What to Expect
Meet a driver at your hotel, then board a climate-controlled minivan for the trip from La Paz to Tiwanaku, where you’ll start the day with a guided tour of the ancient site. Following the tour, enjoy some independent time to check out a nearby museum, or just keep exploring Tiwanaku’s carved stones and structures.

Next, continue to the high-altitude shores of Lake Titicaca, pausing for an included lunch at the edge of the lake. The afternoon is all about taking in views of Lake Titicaca, pausing at a series of sites along the lakeshore before returning to La Paz. After a day of exploring some of Bolivia’s most fascinating places, this private tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel.
