My wife and I had just completed a private tour of 10 days to Jordan & Jerusalem. We used Trip 500, an Amman based agent to organise our itinerary. We were very pleased with all the arrangements the agent had made. Our entire programme that involved moving every other if not every night to different places worked smoothly and seamlessly. We were picked up at the airport as indicated in the itinerary. Our luggage did not arrive on our flight due to delayed connection but the Trip 500 took responsibility of monitoring the situation with the airline and delivering our luggage back to us at the hotel within twelve hours of our arrival. This was a fault with the airlines but Trip 500 took the responsibility of liasing with the airlines thereby reducing our stress level. Our trip involved going to several places in Amman, than two nights in Petra and a night in Wadi Rum and then two nights in Jerusalem. Throughout in Jordan we had the same car and the driver that made the journeys and transfer very smooth and pleasant. The driver and guide at Jerusalem was also well organised and pleasant. While the arrangements were seamless and smooth but what made it extra comfortable and stress free were the helpful nature of the two people that made our programme work smoothly. First Khalid who organised our itinerary was extremely helpful in catering to the experiences we were looking for and ensuring that we see the sights we had earmarked to see. Not only did he put our itinerary together but also kept in touch on the phone while we were there, ensuring that all was well with us. He was the person who tracked our delayed luggage and brought it to the hotel. The other person was Adnan, our driver assigned to us for our stay in Jordan. He was exceptional and made the trip very pleasant. Not only was he a very good driver and kept his car immaculately clean but also a great company to have on long journeys. He kept us in good humour and when my wife fell ill, he went beyond his call of duty to take her to the pharmacy and procure the right medication for her ailment. We are ever grateful to him for his time and care. I must also mention our driver in Jerusalem Carlos Petro, who was also very helpful in showing us around the city within a short period. In summary I would say Trip 500 is a great company but more so the people who work in it like Khalid and Adnan gives it the personal touch that made it worthwhile.

Pros: - Restaurants chosen seemed good / not too expensive, like other tours - Did not have stops to expensive sellers that they partner with, like most other tours I have taken - Nice accommodations in Wadi Rum Cons: - Tour company did not inform us about the Jordan Pass, which is inexcusable; many of us would have saved a lot of money by getting this ahead of time; I have no idea why they did not tell us about this - Similarly, tour is a bit expensive when you consider that you have to pay extra (or use the Jordan Pass) for basically every stop in the tour - Tour guide did not talk or explain much, only providing very basic information (some of which was incorrect); we moved very slow and did not budget time correctly - we missed Petra by Night, which was a big disappointment for everyone; guide pretty much just dropped us off places and left - sometimes not even providing information like the time we are supposed to meet

I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for your exceptional service that you gave me and my husband during my recent trip to Amman & Jerusalem. I love to come back to try again the Jordanian food. I didn't expect the level of luxury in your hotels in Jordan. It's such a Great memory in Amman, friendly people of Jordan. God bless you.

I had 5 full days for a solo trip in Jordan and they have managed to fit so much into this amount of time, including all the major sites in Jordan such as Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Amman, and a few others. They have been flexible with the custom itinerary and allowed me to adjust things based on new information I found in short notice without much problem and provided their own recommendations. They pretty much nailed the itinerary as everything was efficient to see and do as much as possible yet still have time to relax. I would especially recommend my driver Adnan who has been especially great and was key to making this trip a success. He was always giving me tips about what to do or not to do in certain places to make sure my experience was safe, comfortable, and memorable. He also made the drive comfortable with a clean car and cold water that is always available to sooth the summer heat. He also allowed me to stop for photos along the road despite not being part of the itinerary. I was also appreciative of his flexibility to add an extra stop to Bethany Beyond the Jordan despite not being part of the original itinerary. Overall an amazing driver!

Inabsolutely loved the whole trip, aspecially the variety of experiences: Petra is amazing, the Wadi-rum fantastic and flooting in the Dead Sea a wonderfull closer. Hotels where great and our driver Adnan Moussa is the best you can get!

W e are having a great time while in Jordan with our tour guide/driver . He’s so friendly, kind,informative,jolly with good sense of humor. Most of the places we able to visit, we enjoyed the foods, cultures and views though we only have 4 days being here. Memorable memories with Petra, the lost world! 2 minutes ago NEW Mr Khalid who organised our trip did an amazing job, kept checking on us throughout the trip and always helped us when needed. We were assisted with Mr Adnan Moussa as our driver who was amazing at his job and just overall a wonderful person. He was wonderful to travel with providing us with information and a lot of must knows about each place . A very kind and lively person that definetly made our trip a beautiful experience. Trip500 staff have done a fantastic job with selection of places and hotels , thank to everyone for a wonderful vacation. Will definitely recommend as the service was wonderful. While the sights and scenery were incredible, the tour was not greatly organized. There were many different drivers, who were all great, but even they often didn’t know what the plan was. The communication was quite poor and my messages to the agency would go unanswered or I would have to follow up multiple times.

Just returned home after an excellent experience with Trip500 Tours. The proposed itinerary for a 6day/5night trip was exactly what we were looking for and seemed to encompass the essence and highlights of Jordan during a road trip from Aqaba to Amman. Logistics and communications both before and during the trip ran like clockwork and our driver (Jalal) was excellent throughout the trip. He was always on time, courteous, knowledgeable and his dry sense of humour made the time in his company a pleasure. Our schedule took in Aqaba, Wadi Rum, Petra, Madaba, Dead Sea and Amman and although it would have been easy to add an extra day in all, the proposed schedule for each day allowed us to feel we had encompassed all the key highlights. In summary, we would thoroughly recommend Trip500 Tours for those looking for a curated time in Jordan and if your driver is Jalal you will be in safe hands and have a great trip.

We spent three amazing days in Jordan in January 2023 thanks to the excellent tour guide Mohammad Altawil. He really cares about his tourists. He made our trip interesting, comfortable and full of impressions.
