Melanie, We had very clear communication prior planning this trip. You agreed with all the terms and you knew we are returning very late as such you are coming back with no guide. We arranged the driver who supposed to pick you up by 7pm but you insisted to leave early. It was your choice to arrange local driver. We asked your consent and introduced you local driver, you said OK to going back with them, you could've said no so we can wait for our driver. The conditions of Mongolian infrastructures in a remote countryside, it isn't like developed world or urban city alike. It's 280km in Mongolian road means 500km in a developed county's highway. It's extremely unsafe to drive in rush. Over all, this is how it's like ordinary life in a countryside. I wish you re-read the conversation we exchanged on WhatsApp carefully. Anyways, we apologize about miscommunication.
