Overview
Exploring Bangkok by car or coach means you miss out on the winding alleys and hidden squares that imbue the city with charm. Discover Bangkok’s backstreets on a bike tour for a great introduction to Thailand’s capital. Pedal past the shops and markets of Bangkok Chinatown (Yaowarat), stopping to sample food and browse market stalls without the hassle of finding a parking space. Plus, choose from a morning or afternoon departure time to suit your schedule.
What to Expect

Begin your cycling tour in the heart of Bangkok Chinatown (Yaowarat), where you’ll greet your guide and board your bike. Pedal through winding alleys replete with shops and stalls selling Thai produce, and stop to pick up artisan souvenirs such as Buddhist amulets and recycled truck engines.

See locals worshiping at hidden temples and with luck, witness ritual paper burning before you cross the Chao Phraya River (Mae Nam Chao Phraya) on a ferry.

Conclude your tour by pedaling through the tranquil residential  streets of Thonburi, formerly the capital of Thailand. Your guide is happy to provide further recommendations for your vacation.

Amazing biketour

If you want to see the real Bangkok, you should go to Co Van Kessel. On the bike you ride through small alleys and have several stops at tempels, China town... Real fun!

Back street Bangkok

Highlight of our visit to Bangkok! We did the 5 hour afternoon tour and, not being a regular cyclist I was a little apprehensive, but loved the whole experience. Saw parts of the city we would have never discovered on our own wanderings, including the...More

Should be part of every Bangkok itinerary

Did the 5 hour bike/ boat tour with some friends and saw a completely different side of Bangkok. Started off in the narrow alleys of Chinatown and visited some less touristed temples before taking a long tail boat ride out to farmland on the outskirts...More

I think they do a longer bike tour that includes a trip on the river, but I’m not 100% sure, as we only did the 3 hour bike tour. If you want to spend time on the river, I think the best thing to do is just catch the local... More
