This Gorilla and Chimpanzee Safari in Uganda brings you an encounter with the world endangered Mountain Gorillas and our close cousins the Chimpanzees in the forests of Bwindi and Kibale.
Bwindi Impenetrable is home to half of the remaining mountain Gorillas in the World today and that’s why it is a popular Tourist destination in the World today.
Kibale National Park is also called the home of Chimpanzees tracking in Africa, however, there are also many other primates (12 more species) such as; Coppery-tailed money, Blue monkey, Vervet monkey, Black and White colobus monkey, Red tailed monkey, etc, also forest Elephants on a lucky day.
For Bird watching enthusiast, this is one of the best tour, the two forests are blessed with bird species (over 500) that you can’t find anywhere else.
With a good scenic landscape, large Tea and Banana plantations, beautiful explosion crater lakes and top of the world view makes this Gorilla and Chimpanzee trekking tour spectacular and adventurous.

We did an eight day Safari with Faruk, he was a driver guide and part owner of the company. He was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, organized, and full of great recommendations. We were able to go to Uganda seamlessly, and got to see chimpanzees, gorillas, lake mburo, queen elizabeth, the equator, lake bunyoni, and the Nile. It was an unforgettable experience, made even better by some great lodges all recommended by Faruk. Faruk was also great to talk to, and we had fun exploring Uganda with him. We enjoyed the holiday so much that we recommended him to our neighbors, and they booked the same holiday three weeks later (they loved it too!). Faruk is one of the best, and you will not regret booking a Uganda holiday with him.

We had such an amazing time seeing Uganda with Farruk. He is an extremely professional and knowledgeable guide, he gave us an incredible tour of Uganda. We learned so much and created memories that we will treasure forever.
Our itinerary included rafting, visiting the rhino sanctuary, safaris, chimpanzee and gorilla trekking. Farruk was extremely thoughtful and made sure we were always doing well.

What an amazing trip, it was out of this world, best holiday we have ever had, Our guide Faruk was outstanding, can't recommend this company enough we had the time of our life, so much so we are going back in December with some friends. Uganda is truly a wonderful country we felt so welcome wherever we went. Faruk organized everything door to door service.

Amazing Amazing time in Uganda.
Ibra our guide was awesome, nothing was ever a problem and we went out his way to help with everything.
I would highly recommend using these guys. We also did rafting on the Nile along with some fishing.

F&M Adventure Safaris was great!! MOSES in the office, made it very easy to book. He was great answering my multitude of questions pre-trip and was very accommodating about adding 4 more days to the end of the 5-day tour. Moses even lent me $300 when I needed to pay for a service & the company didn’t take credit cards. We chose the “luxury accommodations” - the rooms were really nice & the meals were wonderful. My son, the guide and I were the only ones in the vehicle-it was like a private tour!!!!
ROGERS, our driver/guide, is one of the best guides that I’ve ever had on my travels. He is well educated & super polite. Not only does he know all about the African animals but he is a birding expert also. (I think we saw ~150 species of birds. He taught us about the Ugandan people and their way of life, being a local himself. He picked us up from the airport in the early morning hours, made sure everything was OK with our accommodations, took us to clean bathrooms while on the road (which is really important). For some activities( gorilla & chimp trekking) we had special guides and Rogers knew them personally.
I travelled with my son for the 5/6-day tour but then traveled alone for my 4-day add in. So it was just me & Rogers in the vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable as a solo female traveler.
I say GO LOCAL and use F&M since they’re in Uganda and know the best hotels, the best activities & the best accommodations!!!! Also you’re helping the economy of a very poor country.
