My friend and I were in Belize for the first time from Feb 20th-26th our driver Avram was the best! It was like we had a longtime friend there with us. He made us so comfortable right from the start. He gave us recommendations for places to eat, tours, and also made sure we knew when to listen for the howler monkeys! The shuttle itself was nice and cool and comfortable. Our driver Avram was amazing. He was sociable and happy to point out notable sights along the trip. The drive itself was quick and without any interruptions. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to/from San Ignacio from Belize City!

Our driver was very knowledgeable and funny and the 2 hour drive felt like a guided tour. He had water for us and wifi if we needed it but we were having such a good chat that we didn't. The AC and seats were comfortable and it was a lovely ride.

We used them three times. Xandy was waiting for us at the airport to take us to San Ignacio. Avram took us from San Ignacio to Maya Beach. Tyron took us from Maya Beach back to the airport. Each time we were the only ones in the shuttle. Drivers were safe and courteous. Vehicles were in good shape. Avram deserves special mention because we contacted him personally on WhatsApp to make sure our Maya Beach - airport run was on time (when we did not get a response from Sam). If you are thinking of using a hotel private shuttle instead, think again.

Xande was lovely, making sure we were comfortable and shared his knowledge of Belize and must-do local.activities and eats.

The company and their drivers were extremely competent. They arrived early to pick us up and endured we arrived at our destinations on time. The ride was comfortable coming and gping. The price was reasonable as well.

The trip was beautiful. Very scenic. Our driver Zande was great. We were the only ones in the van and we interacted with him the whole trip. He was very knowledgeable with all our questions. I would highly recommend him to any one of our friends or family. Very courteous and helpful.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet and spend time with our driver Tyrone. He was so nice and courteous with simply an amazing attitude. We travel regularly to Belize as we have a second home there. Our flight from DFW to BZE City was delayed by nearly 6 hours. Tyrone kept in touch with us throughout the day as the delays occurred and was at the BZE airport waiting for us when we arrived and cleared customs around 10:00 PM. He then drove us all the way to Maya Beach in Placencia about 2.5 hours from the BZE airport. I will definitely use Belize Ground Service again and again. Hopefully we will be able to get Tyrone again as our driver.

We scheduled a transport from Belize City to Placencia with Avram and I highly recommend him. He offered a level of knowledge and professionalism unmatched in my travels around the world. He is punctual, timely and extremely courteous. He will definitely be my requested driver when we return in February!

The ride was great but our driver, Avram made it so. He gave us so much information from the moment we boarded the van until we arrived at the hotel. There was water ( which was really needed ) and even wifi on board, a little slow but it was not inconvenient. Definitely recommend!

My experience was seamless and I would absolutely book again! Avram was communicative and punctual, and got us to Placencia fast and safely! The shuttle was spotless, comfortable, air conditioned, and even had a WiFi hotspot. Definitely would recommend.

I had a shared ride from Belize international airport to San Ignacio. I have arived 2 hours before ride. And the ride had about 2 hours delay, waiting for two passenger to arrive. Not a pleasen experience to be in BZE for few hours. they wait unboundedly for passengers. Two stars for two points, adjusted intitial cost at the booking time for a solo traveler and driver, Jared who was profesional.

Avram was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He reached out the day before to confirm pick up location which was very thoughtful. He also gave us instructions for what to do when we arrived at the water taxi station. I highly recommend 😊
