Belize Ground Shuttle has a straightforward booking procedure. The vehicle was clean and tidy. Meanwhile, they provided a HotSpot for WiFi en-route with decent Internet speed.

We used them to travel from the international airport to San Ignacio and from San Ignacio to Belize City. Avram did an excellent job communicating with us prior to and upon arrival— our flight was late. He provided awesome restaurant recommendations for San Ignacio as well. The shuttle was on time, clean, and felt like a luxury vehicle compared to many we traveled in.

The ride was great but our driver, Avram made it so. He gave us so much information from the moment we boarded the van until we arrived at the hotel. There was water ( which was really needed ) and even wifi on board, a little slow but it was not inconvenient. Definitely recommend!

I had a shared ride from Belize international airport to San Ignacio. I have arived 2 hours before ride. And the ride had about 2 hours delay, waiting for two passenger to arrive. Not a pleasen experience to be in BZE for few hours. they wait unboundedly for passengers. Two stars for two points, adjusted intitial cost at the booking time for a solo traveler and driver, Jared who was profesional.

Avram was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He reached out the day before to confirm pick up location which was very thoughtful. He also gave us instructions for what to do when we arrived at the water taxi station. I highly recommend 😊

We booked a transfer from San Ignacio to Hopkins and everything was great. The chat on the website is live with real people who respond quickly and communicate clearly. Our driver Jared arrived 5 minutes early, was very professional and a great driver. There was free wifi and water included. Very comfortable, with air con and lots of leg room. Driver very friendly

He shared insights into the local history, pointed out scenic landmarks, and even suggested hidden gems along the way. Despite making seven stops along the route, Jared ensured we arrived in San Ignacio well ahead of schedule. The shuttle itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, making the trip even more pleasant.Throughout the journey, Jared's conversational nature kept the atmosphere lively and engaging. He answered every question, gave great recommendations, and was overall just a very nice and genuine guy. He was our driver for multiple trips, and every time he was prompt, and helpful. Avram was the BEST! Our flight landed earlier than expected but he was already there waiting for us. We felt welcome and safe from the moment we met him. He gave the most delicious restaurant recommendations, one of which we visited twice in our short stay because it was just that good. His wealth of knowledge and sunny disposition put Belize on our “must come back” list. Highly recommend!

Booked a round-trip group shuttle from BZE to San Ignacio with the hotel/water taxi drop off options. Our flight to Belize was cancelled and our trip was delayed by a day, but Belize Ground Shuttle was very flexible and accommodated the change in our plans as if this is a common occurrence (which, with the way the airlines are run these days, I suppose it is!). The party we were sharing the shuttle with landed about an hour after we did, and once our driver, Avram, had them loaded up we were on our way- approximately an hour before the “scheduled” departure time! For the return trip, we were asked by email if we could depart an hour earlier than planned. Happy to see our driver again was Avram, he explained that this way he could get us to the water taxi terminal for an earlier departure to our next destination-San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. We had this shuttle ride to ourselves, and as promised were able to begin the next leg of our vacation a couple of hours early-which was a small win for us considering we had already lost a day of our vacation due to the airlines.
