Our tour guide was Johnny on 10/6/24. Johnny started the tour by briefing what to expect and the places that he was taking us. He cautioned us not to talk when he took the floor to address us. He was so friendly, jovial and was well knowledgeable with what he does. He had patience and devoted his time for us during the entire period. Johnny was admired by all our group members because of his eagerness to show us around.

We had a great experiences with Johnny. He was a very experienced, friendly and professionel guide. The van had great comfort and Johnny was a safe driver. He adapted to the traffic situation and optimized the tour. His knowledge about the tour stops and details about LA made it a day to remember. I really recommend his services.

Johnny was awesome! He was friendly and fun, very knowledgeable and had the perfect mix of chatting and letting us look around and experience each stop. Importantly for all Aussies - he knows where to find the best coffee!!!!!!!!! Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Johnny was an excellent tour operator. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was patient with us as we had our elderly mothers as well as teenagers. It was a memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour. Why did we choose a private tour? It was 7 of us. The price we would have paid for any other tour would have been similar but we didn’t have to deal with other people. We were able to take our time and not have to be with random strangers. It felt more natural. Would definitely do it again if I had a choice.

Johnny did a great job on our tour . We were picked up on time from out Anaheim hotel then tried for a comprehensive tour of all the major sites in and around LA. He was a great tour guide, and told us a lot about the LA neighbourhoods and the stars. We had lots of time to explore and never felt rushed.

Our family (including 4 kids) had an excellent tour with Johnny. We were able to see all the sights in LA and Hollywood that we wanted to see as Johnny did an outstanding job of coordinating and planning how to fit everything in. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Would strongly recommend.

Our trip was great from beginning to end! Johnny picked us up from the airport and took us to our tour in Burbank, back to Hotel at Disney, picked us up a couple days later for an all day Hollywood tour and then brought us back to the airport the following day. Johnny was great from day one with knowledge of the area, a friendly personality and all around willing to help with our trip. I highly recommend Johnny as the one to help with any trip to this area!

We just took a weeks vacation to Anaheim for my 33rd birthday. The 7 of us had 5 day tickets to Disney, so we needed to find something else to occupy our downtime. A quick google search led to Grand Express Tour. I submitted the information request and was contacted within the hour to schedule our tour. Johnny was so accommodating and made the tour focus around things that we'd enjoy. The highlights were definitely the Stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Santa Monica Pier. There is no way we could have seen everything we got to if it weren't for the tour! We will definitely be doing it again next time! Do not hesitate. Book this for your group, you won't regret it!!

My family and I had a wonderful time!!! Our driver Johnny were articulate, knowledgeable and accommodating!!!. We had seen so many interesting places for a short period of time!!! It was raining that we had a best time!! “ Mann Chinese Theatre” , Hollywood Walk of Fame and Hollywood Sign is a must!! Keep up the good work

This van is not really suitable for sight seeing. Large windows at side but all we could see ahead was the door panels. Nine hours on a bus with a driver who didnt ever slow down enough to take a picture. One hour at Mann Chinese Theatre, one hour Farmers Market 3/4 hour at Santa Monica Peer, 30 mins at Venice Beach which was enough time there. The Marina delta Ray could hardly be seen because we were one block diwn and trying to view it from a fast moving van between buildings. Havent seen it yet!! We would not take this trip again. Advertising Dolby Theater Music Centre, Dorothy Chandler Pavillion we drove past so fast could have been any building really. Commentary was minimal. You need a driver with lots of interesting local knowledge and personality.
