Overview
Budapest is one of old-guard Europe’s architectural gems, featuring many worthy sites on both the Buda and Pest sides of the Danube River. Add a fun twist while seeing many of these attractions on this tuk tuk sightseeing tour. Glide around the city and get to places buses can’t without missing out on the main sites.
What to Expect
Your tuk tuk tour begins with pickup in the Budapest downtown area. Get on the road and relax while your driver takes you to both hidden and “must-see” corners of Budapest.
The itinerary is flexible and stops at places including St. Stephen’s Basilica, Széchenyi Spa, the old Jewish Quarter, Liberty Bridge, the Chain Bridge, and Margaret Island. Also stop at the State Opera House and the Government District and Parliament.
Spend enough time to snap photos and walk around when you would like. Pack in a lot in half a day.
Your tour ends at the original departure point in downtown Budapest.

You need to reach out directly to the tour company (email or phone). I found them to be very flexible with the timing (as long as arranged in advance), but only they can really answer your question for you. And I actually... More

The are totally open, but do have a "hood" that can be flipped up for sun. I'm assuming that it wouldn't be good in the rain - but the cold wold be ok. I'm sure if you email the company, they could tell you.
