Hello Steven Thank you very much for taking the time to post such a detailed review. We do take all feedback from our guests very seriously and strive to improve our experience. However, I do think it is important to highlight a couple things here. First, the safety of our guests is our upmost priority and as the quad safari is a self-driven tour, we have extensive safety procedures in place. Second, all guests are required to complete an Acceptance of Risk form before partaking in the Quad Bike Safari. As you would remember, it covers several topics such as: you agree that you are partaking an activity that includes personal risk, that any accident damage caused by you will be at your expense, and that in the event of an accident or incidents or dangerous driving, the guide will remove you from the bike for the remainder of the tour. On this form you also provided your credit card details and the authorization to charge the card should any damage occur. If you would like, I would be happy to send a copy of the forms signed by both yourself and your wife on the day. In regard to repairing the damages, we have a responsibility to all of our guests to provide the bikes in a near new and highly maintained condition, as you would expect. I encourage you to read the many positive reviews here from guests who have enjoyed our quad safari, and I would suggest that this is due to our high standard of care and maintenance. I do regret that we could not have been the highlight of your honeymoon, however I do feel it necessary to respond to the many accusations you have made here. We have not stolen from you or preyed upon you as honeymooners- we have followed our safety procedures which you were made aware of several times before and throughout the tour. As with any rental company, or equipment hire, all users are held responsible for any damage caused, and we are not any different. The likelihood of having an accident is less than 1%, but unfortunately despite the best work on the part of our guides, they do happen. And quite simply you signed the Acceptance of Risks forms agreeing to this procedure. Thank you again for your review, we take all feedback on board.
