Your tour begins with pickup from your central Melbourne hotel. Traveling aboard an air-conditioned bus, leave the city behind and set out along the south coast of Australia to drive the famous Great Ocean Road.
See the Twelve Apostles, the dozen rock pillars that stand just offshore. As you walk along the sea cliffs, you have an incredible view over the rocks, but you can also climb down to the beach for a closer look.
Back on the bus, listen to your guide’s live commentary as you approach Loch Ard Gorge, named after the 19th-century British ship Loch Ard that was wrecked along the coast, leaving only two survivors.
Next up is a stop at Port Campbell for a lunch break. (Lunch is own expense).
Afterward, make a stop in Apollo Bay, one of the most photographed bays along the route, for tea (own expense).
Lastly, make a stop at the famous London Bridge for a photo op.
On return to Melbourne, cross the West Gate Bridge. Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.
