        Gotta be patient and rich
        It is kinda of ok on a Monday when it is not crowded, still a lot of times queuing up, quiet a few rides out of action/ broken down, the mirror tunnel was filthy, I did mention it to the staff and their answer was we do not get paid enough to care!!! Overall it is a very expensive exercise as it is very hard to get your money’s worth in rides Enjoy if you are patient and… rich

        Lunar Park, Not the place for infants or toddlers
        Whilst the location is amazing that’s where the fun stopped, we took our 18 month granddaughter who was too short for most of the ride’s nether the less her parents were charged $75 per parent for one carousel ride and entrance to Coney Island, again she could not ride any of the slides due to her height. Poor advice from the cashier at the ticket booth resulted in spending $150 for pretty much the only rides available to her being the Ferris Wheel and Carousel. If you have an infant under two below 85cm seriously don’t bother buying tickets, the biggest rip off ever. Take a ferry boat ride on the harbor, take in the beautiful backdrop that it has to offer but completely bypass Lunar Park until your child is at least five

        2/5 Everything was awful
        My son had been taken into the Ferris wheel all Alone and he got traumatized, he is scared of heights and needs someone to comfort him. When we went to go get food the employees could understand what we were saying and we had to write it onto a piece of paper and then he ripped it up and served us something close to our order. The rides were a long wait and people kept cutting into the line, someone in front of my family vomited and my son started licking it.

        Theme park
        Visited with my wife and daughter. A small theme park beside Sydney Harbour bridge, with a couple of good coasters. A good park for young children although we were disappointed that we had to buy an all day ticket to go on anything rather than just a ticket for the coaster that we wanted to try. Food was also geared up for parties, as we could not enter the cafeteria due to private party bookings. Not somewhere i will rush back to.

        Don't waste your money
        My husband and I bought gold tickets to the harbour party for NYE 2023. We were expecting a balcony with views of the fireworks, food and drink ... an experience for those wanting a little extra, or words to that effect, was how it was pitched! What we got was a window with limited views over a sea of heads and as a vegetarian no food... despite asking multiple times. We ended up with the masses on the deck and whilst we loved the fireworks and had a super New Year, it was in spite of this venue and not as a result of it. Absolutely shocking and wouldn't waste your money.

        Great roller coasters
        We expected a small park with a few rides but wow those rides packed a punch! The Big Dipper, the boomerang and the tango train were our favourite rides. The attendants were all friendly and helpful. Fun for all ages!

        Dont bother. Too expensive for what it is.
        Very disappointing. Overpriced. We went there late arvo to have a look around and take the kids on a few rides. They do not have the option to purchase just a few tix to go on a few select rides, you have to buy the all-day package which is $75 each. Insane pricing and not much there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

        Disappointing that our iconic park is an Australian embarrassment
        I have been going to Luna Park for 60 years and have always loved it until today. I am sad to say it is a total disgrace and all my wonderful memories are being erased. It is just so disappointing now. The ride operators are all very young and I appreciate that they have a job but I feel they are not happy in their work place and that means poor customer service. I don't think they are trained adequately. The rides were designed by engineers to hold a maximum number of patrons on each particular ride. Most of the rides the operators are only half filling the seats which makes the wait time "blow out". There is no sign of a Supervisor monitoring the rides, the operators and the customer experience. Safety is being compromised by the lack of adequate staff and I think lack of education and interest in their jobs. The operator on the dodgem cars was by himself after lunch and he was pleasant enough but clearly it was a very poor display of a professional "fun park" operation. The operator would shout into the microphone to give instructions but he talked vety fast and too loud which made it difficult to underdtand what he was saying. Many customers are from many cultures and there is no way they could understand his directions and I could see he was frustrated that it appeared no one was following his instructions. He had to "yell" over the background music which added to the problem in stead of simply just turning that off while he made his announcement. In Coney Island it was the worse, two operators only working on the slides. They would open two slides (a pair side by side) only at one times and therefore close one pair to move and open another pair. Big cues of people congested on the high staircase waiting and getting impatient. Many people would give up waitung and push back through the crowd to leave the cue and walk back down. The mats used are a real potential trip hazard on stairs. I could go on and on but you get the "gist" of what is happening and it is not good.

        Overpriced Disappointment
        Pre paid tickets online. Checked opening time the morning of my booking, the opening time said the park would be open at 8pm. Turned up at 3:30, to find the park shutting up due to supposed bad weather that would be occurring that afternoon. Fair call, but I asked a number of employees what was happening, and the website was still showing opening hours as 8pm. After wandering around an emptying park, I eventually found guest relations, the young boy with black curly hair at guest relations couldn't stop laughing at my misfortune. In the end he did rebook me for a different day. However, he rebooked me for the wrong day. When I showed up the day of my new booking, it turned out the young man booked me in for the wrong day. And my tickets wouldnt work. I missed by rebooked day. After a lot of back and forth with staff, they eventually gave me wristbands. Game Pass was useless, I had booked a 10 game pass, there were only 3 games I could actually use it on. The rest of the games you had to pay extra. 4 young female staff were gossiping about annoying guests and blocking the entry to Conay Island. Very terrible experience. Would never go back, and advise you no yo go.

        Can't say great value for Money - but some fun was had!
        If not for the location, overlooking the bridge and Sydney Harbour, the rest of the venue was lack lustre. We used to come here often, having annual passes in the past, however this time round, we found that rides were not operating such as wild mouse and the side alley games were pretty crappy with such crappy small prizes. Then coney island, usually our fav part of the park, was only half operating....no moving parts as you walk in, nothing moving on the far right next to tunnel and long slide either. Loved the slides though. There were other rides that were good such as Wild Tango/Mild Tango and The Ferris Wheel and some of the rides behind Coney Island - so not all bad! The queues were long and the rides were short - only 2mins on the dodgem cars after waiting 15mins in the queue. That ride time needs to increase big time. Then we had the dream circus - oh my - what a waste of an hour and $$. The only good thing was the bean bags.....I think I slept through most of it. The projections were lovely but the story line was terrible. Not engaging at all - it would have gone over the kid's heads and it was stupid. Cut this down to 30mins and have no talking and just the projections. Don't even understand why it is called an immersive circus!! Lastly, to pay for parking after you have outlayed so much money, was a kick in the teeth. On presentation of your tickets of entry, the carpark ticket should be validated for free. Charge people that are not using the park but perhaps using it for market entry and the park goers get free parking. We were also disappointed to see that the park closed at 6pm....a little early.....perhaps 7.30pm would be more appropriate.

        Dream Circus. Wow. (But not in a good way)
        They obviously had the money and the technology to do something really interesting but for some reason chose not to. If you have a low threshold for what constitutes entertainment then this show is for you. Shockingly bad.

        Rip off luna park
        It cost us 300 dollars to get in 2 grand parents ,one parent and 3 children. I of the children is only 4 which meant she had very limited rides she was allowed on. We suspected this could happen but assumed Coney Island would be great for her. Even in Coney Island she was only allowed on the slippery dips. Rather than pay staff to man all 6 slippery dips they closed 4 and opened 2 which meant huge wait times. Its the biggest rip off to charge a large entrance fee and then limit access due to an unwillingness to pay enough staff to man Coney Island. We were all absolutely disgusted that they can do this. Dont waste your money.

        Customer Service is the WORST
        Visiting Sydney for a bit and due to unforseen cirumstances I wanted to reschedule my ticket. However, it wasn’t and it wasnt even refunded. I paid about 170$ for the ticket plus games and they just took every penny. Customer service is pretty bad as well as they do not reply within working hours, they replied to me about 12AM-1AM after emailing them in the afternoon. Too bad there’s no 0 stars, I would’ve given it to them. Tickets should be atleast refundable and/or can be rescheduled.

        Enjoyment in the LUNA North Sydney amusement park.
        This place will put a smile on your face for sure. Enjoy the amazing time with family and friends here at the amusement park. It's free to get into the park, at least it was on the Sunday we went it. Wonder around and hear all the great laughter from everyone on the rides.

      I found the place over priced. Not long enough on rides.
      Prices for parking are disgusting. You pay enough to get In and them pay nearly $50 to park. Plenty of better places to go. Will not go again
