The tour leaves Sydney at 7.40am, returning usually by 6pm at the original departure point.

What to Expect
Get an early start to meet your guide and small group at the centrally located starting point, where you board your air-conditioned minibus. Head to the Hunter Valley and stop at the Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park to view native Australian creatures such as kangaroos and koalas up close, then followed by morning tea. Continue to the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company’s factory for decadent chocolate and fudge samples. Stop at a small boutique vineyard, one of 150 in the area, that is chosen based on the group's interests. Your first wine tasting takes place at the vineyard, followed by an on-site cheese tasting at the Smelly Cheese Shop at Roche Estate. Have time to purchase lunch at your choice of several eateries.  Head to another winery for a second tasting, then sip craft beers at Hunter Beer Co. After an indulgent day, your Hunter Valley tour ends upon return to Sydney.
