      Not to be missed!
What a fantastic experience we had today. We were all rather wet but so much fun! The seals came quite close and we were offered binoculars to see them even closer. John and Jas couldn’t have been more welcoming and looked after everyone, especially the nervous and young passengers. Thanks for an amazing experience!

      Seals Galore
We were on the seal watching trip that Dazzle was on. What a wonderful trip out. Very pleasant and knowledgeable crew, waterproofs provided if you needed them, and loads of seals. And the porpoise who put in an appearance made for a great experience. Can't recommend this trip highly enough.

      Seal watching.
Great trip - really calm sea so kept dry! Saw hundreds of seals and an unusual sighting of a porpoise. Crew were very helpful and knowledgeable and we had a fab time. Our dog came onboard too and was made very welcome.

      Amazing and exhilarating day out
We were met by the very enthusiastic Jet Adventures team who greeted us like long lost family members. They were very knowledgeable on our intened route and put my mind at ease with a very thorough safety talk. On the trip we were checked on regularly and all questions were answered. We had a fantastic time and will definitely do it again in warmer weather.

      Exhilarating experience!
The sea was quite rough so we didn't get as far as seeing the seals! So we were treated to going along the coast. It was a really good experience of big waves and lots of sea spray! We were well cared for and felt safe. We were offered a part refund or another trip as we didn't see the seals.

      Exhilarating boat trip to Scroby
Wow!! What a fantastic trip. We arrived to a very friendly welcome, were kitted out in waterproofs and safety gear then off we went. An exhilarating ride along the coast towards the wind farm and Scroby. Can’t believe the number of seals, many swam around the boat whilst others relaxed on the sand banks. John and Mark were very informative about the seals/wildlife/surrounding area. Definitely recommend this trip!!

      Seal trip
A thrilling boat trip with entertaining hosts (John and Fliss), out to Scroby Sands to see the seals in their natural habitat. I loved that they were not afraid of us and were perhaps more inquisitive of us, swimming right up to the boat, which had been anchored with the engine turned off. Lacking boat knowledge but enjoyed the nostalgia of seeing a coal fuelled boat sailing close to Lowestoft - the Lydia Eva. We circled her and waved to the crew, an enjoyable ‘extra’.

      Wonderful Trip
Wonderful trip to see the seals with bonus visit to see the steam-powered drifter Lydia Eva whilst she was sailing out at sea.

      Top Trip
Top Trip. Completely wonderful. Perfect hosts (Fliss and John). Boat ride fun and not scary. Definitly needed the warm layers and provided waterproofs for the late Septmber trip. Bonus view of the 1930s Lydia May - a steam driven sidewinder trawler. Lots of seals. Camera with long range lens recommended for good pics. Plenty of curious seals came over to see us too. So peaceful while bobbling around in the ocean when the engine was off.

      Seals
Popped down to the beach hoping to see the seals. Costs £3.50 to park for 2hrs or £5 for 4 hours. We'll worth paying the £3.50 to see the seals. Loads seals on the beach and in the water. Beautiful sand and easy access to beach.

      Fantastic trip with Jet Adventures
Fantastic trip with Jet Adventures to Scroby Sands. The sea conditions were calm and we had great views of the coastline. So many inquisitive seals came to see us while we were moored close to Scroby Sands. On our way back we were lucky enough to see around 8 local lifeboats out on the sea, not on a rescue mission but a special event involving the handing over of a new life boat, that was very impressive. The crew were brilliant, they were so knowledgable and made our trip great fun.

      An absolute must do!!
One of the best days out you could have in East Anglia! Exhilarating and fun, we enjoyed every moment. Seeing the seals was just an additional bonus to the epic jet boat journey. Wearing the orange waterproofs only added to the experience. Loved it!!

We had an informative tour of the harbour with John and Fliss. The welcome was kind and fitting of life preservers comfortable. It reassured us slightly older people that we would make the effort to find an opportunity to return and take a tour into open sea next time. Can't wait!

We booked a trip for our networking group.
There were 12 of us, so we had the boat to ourselves.
The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable.
They gave us a running commentary of the history of the harbour, which was really interesting.
We then had a quick 'blat' out to sea... which was hilarious.

What an insight to see the harbour from the water!
Very helpful and informative team. Quite a laugh too. Gave us quirky facts and explained what we were seeing. The railway bridge from below and some of the old boats and wrecks were intriguing. It will be great to go back when the Gullwing bridge is completed.
    Good waterproofs provided if needed.
    All good!

Thanks for taking the time to review - usually the harbour tour is a dry one but summer rain changed that yesterday. It's been fascinating to watch the GullWing progress - same time next year and it should all be up and running!

We booked the harbour tour followed by the coastal trip.
Very nice chaps, knowledgeable, fun and looked after us well.
The harbour tour was relaxing interesting all about lowestoft history and the other an exhilarating experience, up to kessingland then to corton before returning to the harbour.
Loved seeing my town from a different perspective. Highly recommended for all ages.

A really lovely couple run this tour. A very pleasant way to see an otherwise inaccessible harbour. We had good weather & were lucky enough to watch the bridge raised to allow a large vessel to come through.

What an amazing tour of Lake Lothing with an interesting commentary on all the boats we were seeing. The wet gear was a must today and, despite being concerned if I would manage to get on board,it was easy with help from the crew.
