Great guide. He was a retired Local teacher, knew a ton about everything and was willing to share. The scenery and Hot Springs work too :)

We were very disappointed. First, the bus to pick us up in Reykjavik (bus stop #3) did not show up for our scheduled 13:00 departure. We arrived at 12:30 to be certain we'd be on time, and waited at the bus stop, and when they didn't show we called the agency. They claimed they had arrived at 12:41 pm and we weren't there. We can't imagine how this would have happened - maybe they arrived across the street? In any case, because this company makes no effort to see whether those with reservations are actually aboard, we were out of luck. We had to get a bus to the lagoon from the city center which cost us an additional $59. We almost missed the tour bus going back as well- it listed 4:15 as the departure time and we arrived right at 4:15, and the bus was already in motion- we had to run after it waving. Hardly what I'd call a "Comfort Experience"! The bus driver seemed confused about whether the bus was scheduled to depart at 4:00 or 4:15 (their literature clearly says 4:15). I have tried to get a refund of all or at least part of the $398 tour fee we paid and they (through Viator) were unwilling to refund anything other than $50 toward the city center bus fare. In any case, there are many other companies that will take you to the Blue Lagoon - I would not recommend this one based on our experiences.

Had the tour with Dylan from Reykjavik Excursions. It was a great experience all around. Each stop was beautiful and we were given a good amount of time to take in the sights and take photos. Dylan provided great info on the locations and on Iceland's history in entertaining fashion. He also did a great job preparing us with what to expect at each stop and ensured we knew which ones had food and facilities.

We did several Excursions Golden Circle Express, and South Shore Adventure. Also used their Flybus. Really friendly efficient service, and helpful staff. The Tours were great and very informative. Benedict our Driver and Guide on the South shore was really helpful, and knowledgable about Iceland. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Iceland.

Felt like I was in GOT. Magical experience. The waterfall was breathtaking. You have plenty of time to nap in between activities so you won’t be too exhausted.

The pick up was on time and fast to the transfer point. The ride was smooth and driver knowledgeable about the event. The location chosen was perfect for the viewing. We actually made it back to the hotel earlier than expected.

This is a super long day tour but totally worths it!! A special appreciation has to be made to our guide, Gunnar, also the driver for the day of a full 14+ hours tour, he was fun and full of energy despite such a long journey! He managed the tour very well with a lot of local stories to tell. The tour itself is wonderful with all the beautiful waterfalls and a must do is the boat trip at Glacier Lagoon although it’s not included in the tour itself. One tip is to be careful of the wave at the diamond beach or else you will get all wet while taking photos of the beautiful diamonds!

Very good tour from our guide and driver on 05/10/2024, forgot their names but they were amazing! Everything went as expected or better!

The bus took us about an hour away - away from the lights of the city. The northern lights were unbelievable! Got lots of great pictures.

Wife and I booked the South Coast tour. Supposed to be picked up at our hotel (Hilton). We got down to reception about 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Bus had gone, driver apparently didn't even bother to enquire at reception! Sent the tour company email, complained, and asked for a refund. Company responded with "too bad, you were late, we don't hang around, you will not get a refund"

This was a full days tour of Icelands beautiful landscapes, towns and sites on the south coast. Our driver/ guide did an excellent job navigating ever changing weather, relaying practical information, providing informative narrative and a bit of comic relief all while keeping us safe, and fed! He was the best tour guide ever! The sights were breath taking, albeit a bit busy/ crowded. Once in a life time day for us! Thank you Eric!

There’s way too much to say. The landscape was wonderful but I loved being in a small group and our guide Flosi Kristjansson was incredible. Our tour went over a couple hours but Flosi was so knowledgable and fun to learn from no one on the entire bus minded. Incredible experience I will surely do again.

The pick up went smoothly. The tour and guide were excellent. I highly recommend this tour. The only issue was at the end. We had to transfer to a shuttle to return to our hotel. It was not a quick progress. We had to wait for passengers arriving from the airport.

Our first time out we were not able to see any lights. The company did great and let's you book again, at no extra cost, to try to see them. We got lucky and saw the Northern Lights. Definately do the Reykjavik Excursion museum before going. There is a poster there on what setting are best to take pics with your camera. The setting worked wonderfully!

Nothing could have prepared us for what we saw today. We absolutely loved this tour! The Glacier lagoon with the boat option and the Diamond Beach were highlights. Gunnar B made our very long travel day extra fun with his witty stories and wide knowledge.
