We had a great day out at Perlan, and we could have stayed for longer! The planetarium was a highlight, but there was so much to see and do. The information throughout the museum is bitesize and interactive, and really made the scientific subject matter easy to understand. Would

How wonderful – thank you, Sam and Kay, for sharing your experience with us. This is exactly what we strive to do - let you learn and understand Icelandic nature in interactive, fun, and memorable ways. We are very happy you enjoyed Áróra, our planetarium show. It is the only northern lights experience of its kind in the world. Most of the shots of northern lights were captured last winter, specifically for this film. The photographers are Ragnar Th. and Snorri Thor, both leading in arctic and outer space photography. Hopefully, we will see you again to explore more of Iceland's nature at Perlan. Best Regards, Dolores.

Sit back and relax to this beautiful show. Very soothing and good explanations of the Northern lights. We did not get to see the actual ones so this was good to see!

How wonderful – thank you, joysealey22, for sharing your experience with us. I am happy you enjoyed our Planetarium show, Áróra. We guarantee our visitors a unique Northern Lights experience. Guided by Aurora, the goddess of dawn, this cinematic adventure invites the audience to join the dance of these mystical lights over Icelandic landscapes. Did you as well explore Wonders of Iceland? Here, natural wonders come alive at your fingertips through interactive displays, cinematic experiences, and more hands-on activities. We have such a beautiful real Ice Cave, the highlight in our exhibitions that the majority of guests get very excited about, is made of 350 tons of ice & snow. Recreating this natural phenomenon gives visitors the chance to feel, touch, and explore a cave, without traveling to and hiking on a glacier. We furthermore offer information about the effects of climate change and why our glaciers are melting. There is an exciting future ahead at Perlan as we will introduce new experiences and planetarium shows. It would be wonderful to see you again. All the best, Victoria

The show was cool but nothing special. What I don't understand is why to watch the movie when the real thing is just behind the corner. In total fairness the show is OK but personally I love nature and prefer to see nature by going where the real action is. What I enjoyed it was

Dear adalbore, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Did you experience our Wonders of Iceland exhibition? There, we aim to let our guests experience Icelandic nature in new and exciting ways while learning about scientific facts, feeling nature's power, and understanding how this unique island came to life. Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and most of the time, not just behind the corner, as you describe. A few conditions have to come together to be able to see them dancing in the skies. Áróra, our multi-award-winning planetarium show, is the only 8k northern lights experience of its kind in the world. It gives visitors the change to experience the lights and learn everything about them, even if they don´t appear outside in nature. 8k refers to one of the highest resolutions on screen. I am happy to hear, that you enjoyed the scientific part of the show. Most of our guests are amazed and thankful to have got the chance to explore nature indoors, while tours were cancelled and streets closed due to bad weather. Hopefully, you had a wonderful trip to Iceland. Kindly, Steffi
