          Great south coast tour
We really like tour of Iceland's south coast. Our guide, Simon, was knowledgeable and realized early on that the groups on our small bus were a bit more adventurous. He gave us plenty of time to hike on the trails and explore the area at each stop. It was a long day but we got plenty of stops, including time for shopping and lunch. Good fun

          Epic and amazing
It was an overwhelming and great experience, to have seen so many waterfalls, the beautiful glacier and the black beach was something wonderful and epic. Our guide Simon was very professional and friendly all the time, he told us several stories about Iceland, about the territory and all the places we went to. Near the end we went to a place where the food was delicious. This was an unforgettable and beautiful adventure. Thank you very much.

Amazing tour and a wonderful guide!
An amazing tour! We had our guide Bjrn as our guide for a different tour earlier in the week and when we saw that it was him picking us up for this tour, we were so excited! I don't know if there are enough good things I can say about him - he was fun, knowledgable, and kind and kept us interested and entertained even throughout the longer legs of the drive. He played such a large part in helping us to appreciate not only the sites we were on the tour to see, but also the history, culture, and overall beauty of Iceland. The sites on tour were incredible - like nothing I've ever seen before. Got some great photos and made amazing memories.

So much to see ... the glacier is shrinking
A small mini bus - not too cramped. A good driver with lots of interesting stories about Iceland. Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls were great as were the Gljufrabui falls. Lunch on the black sand beach at Vik, followed by the black-sand beach of Reynisfjarna with its basalt columns and sneaker waves. Then a view of Eyjafjallajokull and off the Solheimajokull Glacier which is shrinking fast, to touch the ice. This was a really good day trip.

The waterfalls, glacier, wind at Black Beach… were all great experiences. Our guide knew a lot about them. He also told us quite a bit about the Icelandic Horse.

          Most beautiful parts of Iceland.
We are usually pretty adventurous on our own, but boy, was I glad to have booked this tour. Our guide, Inga, was fantastic! She gave so much history and had fun stories to tell along the way! I also wanted a professional with us to give us guidance at the black sand beach and she thoroughly expressed the importance of listening to her directions and kept us all safe. 5 stars for Inga and the tour company!

          Golden Circle Day Tour
Incredible experience ! The Golden Circle day Tour is awesome, included the stop at the Tomato Farm, where we eat one of the best soup/pasta. But this tour woudn’t be the same if there wasn’t Björn Júliús G. , probably the best guide around here !! The time is enough for each spot and also the view from the bus it’s beautiful.

          Great Tour
Kristoff was an awesome tour guide! As we drove he told us about the history of Iceland and answered all of our questions. He planned our trip so we wouldn’t be soaking wet the whole time in the bus which we appreciated, and told us about hidden waterfalls and how to get to them. Tour was perfectly timed for rest stops and food breaks.

Great Day-Trip down Iceland’s South Coast
Fantastic vignette of some of Iceland’s noteworthy sites. The tour is long (9:00 - 19:30), however, worth it. Highlights include Reynisfjara (Famous black sand beach) as well as numerous waterfalls. Furthermore, the tour took place in a comfortable sprinter (with WIFI and charging ports) facilitated by our extremely helpful and knowledgeable tour guide.

Thor was a very knowledgeable guide, providing us with interesting commentary about Reykjavik as well as all the sites we were visiting. He was a very safe driver in the blowing snow conditions we experienced. We had a reasonable amount of time at each stop to see each site and take photos and never felt rushed. I highly recommend this tour.

Starting out from Bus stop number five, this 11 hour tour was fantastic. We experienced snow, sleet, rain and sunshine throughout the tour. Our tour guide/driver, Addi, was of course a local and very knowledgeable, helpful, amusing, and informative. We enjoyed every moment of the tour. Very cold and windy the day we traveled so I would recommend layering your clothing. On the bus and off the bus you need to be prepared for any kind of weather. Our final stop on the tour was the Blue Lagoon. Had the Secret Lagoon not been closed for repairs, we would gladly have stopped there. This was our first time to Iceland and we had done a lot of research ahead of time but we weren't prepared for the wind. Upon arrival wind gusts were as high as 100 km/hr. with sustained wind velocity of 50 km/hr over a 24 hour period. This tour covered a great deal of territory and therefore an extended ride on the bus. None-the-less I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We only had a very short 2 day visit to Iceland and this small group Golden Circle Tour was a wonderful way to see as many of the sights as we could cram into our day.
Our fun & knowledgeable driver Thor picked us up at the hotel right on time and took us to all promised sights on the tour (plus a few extras). He was very good allowing us just enough time to see everything without feeling rushed and still keeping to schedule despite getting surprised by heavy snow in the afternoon.
Very happy to recommend this tour!

Great tour, got to visit all areas listed and had a good amount of time in each place.
Pick up was about 8:30 in the morning, and the company emails you to let you know the closest stop to where you are staying. Drop off is between 4-5pm, full day out. It was really cold (as low as minus 15 celsius) so would recommend wearing warm clothing.
On the drives between the areas our tour guide gave us lots of different information about Iceland. Berglind was a brilliant tour guide, was really informative and personable.
Definitely a must-do if you are visiting Iceland!

We went on this tour last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide, Berglind, was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me. In addition to the main sites we made a few informal visits which turned out to be real highlights particularly the stables! The small group made it feel more intimate. The scenery was stunning. With Berglind's commentary I felt we learnt a lot about life in Iceland!

Fascinating 8 hour tour of several beautiful Icelandic sights. This tour is a small group tour of no more than about 19 people. Some other tours have buses carrying 40 - 50 people. There were frequent stops, so you’re only driving for about 45 minutes at most between stops. Plenty of time provided to look around and explore at each stop. Not rushed at all. Our guide was Baldwin, the best tour guide during our time in Iceland. He explained each sight we visited before we arrived at the location, and welcomed questions from the group. If you have Baldwin as your guide, it’s your lucky day. Overall, the experience was great. The time went by very quickly as we enjoyed each location! In the winter, dress warmly. Warm water-proof foot wear is a big plus. In winter, do not try to drive this tour route on your own. Go with a highly rated tour company for safety reasons.

Day started with some miscommunication. We purchased a hotel pick up, but got a call that we weren’t st the bus stop they had us listed at. Sine we purchased pick up at our hotel, we had no idea what they were talking about. The drive then came to our hotel.

We booked a small van, and boy were we glad we did. Our only complaint was that the seats were very narrow. Otherwise, it was perfect. It only took a minute to load and unload at each spot, so there wasn’t any wasted time.

Our guide was wonderful. All in all great day....I highly recommend.

The scenery along the tour was great and way better than how the pictures look online. However, the tour was very rush and spending 10 minutes extra in Gullfoss and Greysir would be much better given that there were a lot of visitors and the trip actually ended way too early at 1630. The guide we had was a bit laid-back and could have provided more info to us along the journey. Recommended Golden Circle to everyone visiting Iceland, but maybe not with GeoIceland.

The tour was fab going to facinating sites with loads of time at each stop. Overall well worth the money and you get to see the best bits of Iceland.

We booked and travelled with a company called Bus Travel and the driver/guide was Tommi. We were out from 9am to 9pm and enjoyed seeing all the great sights around Iceland during this golden circle tour and blue lagoon experience. It was exciting and adventurous and Tommi informed us of interesting facts throughout! Great day out, thank you 👍😀
