Micheala was a fabulous tour guide. This was our second attempt with East West our first night 2 days before it was cloudy and no lights and our tour guide felt bad. Micheala told us all low expectations and let's hope for the best. She sure knew where to go on a clear night. The information she gave us all was outstanding. She said she was Northern Lights nerd. Well guess what so am I and being from AZ I've never had so much great information of the Northern Lights. When the Red's started to dance she was excited and I was beside myself. I would ask for her group and you won't regret it! A 2:30am return meant nothing I was on a natural high from the lights after being up for close to 20hours. Thanks so much Micheala low expectations made my bucket list complete. Such a beautiful night of the lights dancing. Also a bonus restroom break was a added bonus!

Marecelo was a great tour guide! Knowledgable, friendly, skilled with the DSLR. He knows the places to go for seeing the Northern Lights. We had the best show of the month, he said - Sept 2024. The sky was lit! :)

If I could give me experience more than 5 stars, I would. Our guide, Ionut, was the best and he knew exactly where to take us to amazingly faze in awe at the Northern Lights. He made an unexpected last stop when he spotted the NL from his side mirror and that was the most breathtaking sight of the night. He was patience in taking photos to ensure they captured the beauty of the lights & because my Samsung was useless, I am really looking forward to receiving the photos as promised within a day or two. Thanks for helping me tick off one on my bucket list.

We booked our Iceland trip back in April and had A great time Our guide Leroy was AMAZING!!! he showed us amazing sites and location’s to go and very knowledgeable and helpful. If possible when looking to book your next excursions in Iceland ask for Leroy!!!

An amazing tour. I can’t believe how much we saw throughout the day. Everywhere we went was perfect with enough time to enjoy every place we visited. The lunch at the tomato farm was such a fantastic experience. So pleased we chose this tour. The best part was our tour guide Mona. She was not only very knowledgable but such a bubbly, kind lady who took the time to make the day perfect. Thank you so much Mona for going over and beyond to make our day so incredible.

Throughly enjoyed our Golden Circle tour with Leroy. What a fantastic day! We enjoyed all the stops and never felt rushed. We loved our lunch at the tomato farm. Highly recommend.

Monica (aka Mona) from Hungary with shoulder length red hair was our guide. She was too loud and talked too much with too much of her personal information. She was very energetic and nervous, but it was a tough day. She had to make a detour around a Palestian protest group to pick up the last part of our group, police pulled her over to check her license, and search and rescue team at black sand beach caused her to abruptly evacuate us in a panic. Her driving scared us with swerves, sharp turns, and running over the warning ridges. She waved one hand around while she drove and pulled up photos on her cell phone to show us while driving. Her English was pretty good, but I coulnd't understand about 10% of what she said. She was very considerate and nice to all of the passengers. She played some nice music, but it too was too loud. Loved the waterfalls. Would have like more time at the black sand beach, but if had to be evacuated could we have driven to a safe distance viewpoint? We had no interest in the plane crash site that Monika substituted for the black sand beach. The minivan was cramped without enough leg room. The Bistro restaurant was delicious, but would've like to have meal and/or snacks included in the tour price. The tour was a bit too long. 8 hours would've been better than 10 hours.

Our tour was cancelled 2 different nights due to the weather. We still have not received the promised refund. We were really looking forward to this tour, but the weather did not cooperate.

Amazing trip. Our tour guide Saevar was so good. He went an extra mile to extend our time so we can have extra time to enjoy the Northern lights. The coco & bread were lovely too.

Amazing tour today with the fab Leroy as a knowledgeable guide. I learnt a lot today about Icelandic culture and saw so much more than I expected. Even had an extra stop for a photo op. Will book all of my other tours through Eastwest as a result of his guidance today. Thank you!

Our guide/driver Leo was fantastic, personable, and very knowledgeable. The ship was late arriving due to wind, and they emailed us, waited on us, and gave us the full time promised.

Perfect way to see some of Iceland’s must-sees and then some. Pick up was easy and exactly at the time that was communicated to us. Our guide, Leroy, was friendly, understanding, and professional. The sprinter was comfortable and the small group of 16 made the trip more enjoyable. We had a good amount of time to hike and take pictures at each location. Highly recommend!

We booked the tour rather last minute based on local guide’s recommendation. East West was accommodating and we were about to join the tour with no fuss. Our guide Sævar is very knowledgeable, I had learnt so much about northern lights through the 3-hour trip, where we caught some spectacular light show — said to be the best in September. It was an unforgettable moment, and S’s dedication just made it a better experience. I would strongly recommend everyone to go with them.
