The Original Stockholm Ghost Walk and Historical Tour
From US$30.57
Overview
If you think you've seen it all and heard it all in Stockholm, think again. This guided walking tour sheds new light (and a little darkness) on Stockholm's oldest neighborhood. As you follow the lantern light of your guide through the cobblestoned streets and alleyways, hear tales of ghosts, murder, and horror while getting a deeper insight into the history of Sweden's capital.
What to Expect
In the early evening, make your way to the meeting point in Stockholm's Old Town (Gamla stan). Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing (especially during the winter) are recommended.
Meet your guide who, by the light of their lantern, leads you through tight alleyways, up narrow staircases, across cobblestoned streets, and through cozy courtyards—places that few other tourists see. Along the way, your guide delights and horrifies with tales of plagues, executions, murders, and, of course, ghosts. Part entertainment and part history tour, the past is brought vividly to life as you stroll the streets of Stockholm uncovering its tightly held secrets.
Your tour concludes in the center of Old Town.

Overbooked

I was really looking forward to this Ghost Walk having read previous reviews. Callum our guide was brilliant, very funny and an excellent story teller. Unfortunately there were more than 60 people on this tour/walk. To say it was a scrum would be an understatement....More

Not to be missed!

This was hilarious and informative, and our guide, Lewis, spared no-ones feelings! On a freezing winter night, it was the absolutely best choice of things to do, and he had quite a large group of approx 40 people. We discovered bits of the town we'd...More

Great tour and lovely way to spend an evening in Stockholm

The tour was fantastic, albeit more of a history lesson with a twist than a ghost walk per se. I really recommend taking the tour before visiting the old city, as it offers you a different perspective of the area and it also familiarizes you...More

Very good tour!

I absolutely LOVED this tour! Really neat ghost walk with lots of information about the history of Stockholm, local legends and customs, and the darker side of Sweden's history. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, I can only recommend this tour!

There won't be any issues or problems with you. The guide we had does not walk slowly, sometimes he walked quite speedily, but he is doing a pause every few minutes to gather the people of the group to tell one of his... More

Gday Mick. We recently took the Stockholm Ghost Tour in September. Louis, our guide was magnificent, and English was the language of choice. If I recall correctly, the tour commenced about 6pm local time.
