We paid €19.50 each to be squashed in and didn’t get to see very much. The windows were foggy. Then went outside and got wet and cold but managed to see something. It is really not worth the money unless you don’t mind sitting on someone else and not being able to see out the

It was raining and so myself and friends decided to take a cruise. We couldn't see a lot out of the windows which was a bit disappointing but the tour guide was very good explaining landmarks. We were however in close proximity to the house boats on the canals so enjoyed that

dear brussells, thank you for your honest feedback. The boats are designed to be able to sail also under small/short bridges in Amsterdam, so we cannot have high-deck boats sailing around the canals like in Paris or Berlin, where the bridges are way higher than here. We appreciate your comment though. You can always sail through the canals with a smaller open boat or go to the back of our boats on the open balcony, where you can enjoy the sun (whenever possible) and make beautiful pictures. See you soon !

dear Terry327, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the cruise on a day time! The canals of Amsterdam are really something special, don't you think so? So sorry you had a less beautiful experience with the captain, we will take a note about it. Have a good one !

Perhaps it is the fact that this cruise is only one hour, but we were somewhat disappointed in the agenda of the cruise. My wife and I had taken another cruise a year ago and thought this was the same one (located at Central Station). However, it was not the same, as the other

dear Bluffton, thank you for your feedback. Was the "old" cruise with our company too? Usually our boats sail along the Canal District, in the old city, not only along the outskirts. Maybe was a special day or some canals were closed?! We are sorry the other cruise was better, but luckily you could enjoyed yourselves as well :-)
