We booked out 3 hr Milano walking tour with Viator. There was about 20 people and a English speaking guide. The tour included entrance tickets to the church where the Last Supper painting is on the wall (and another amazing painting on the oppositewall). We did not have to wait in the queue and went straight in.
This is a must in Milan. The tour guide was excellent. We got headsets so everybody could hear the guide well without having to huddle around her.
