Had a private transfer from the Civitavecchia Port to hotel in Rome. DRIVER NO-SHOWED and in addition, never contacted me. Cruise employees and other tour operator employees all tried to contact the company but the calls never went through. It sounded more like a fax line. After exhausting every means - including not being able to reach VIATOR - we took a bus to the train station and made our own way to our hotel. If you come across this in Viator, you'll see the number of one-star ratings. My question is, Why is Viator continuing to deal with this company?Written 21 June 2022

We booked a two way private transfer with them from Fumicino Airport to Civitavechea, they charged our credit card and disappeared. We made phone calls , we wrote emails and WhatsApp but no reply. I waited 3 days to hear from them and receive an explanation but nothing. So I'm urging you all if you book with them dont pay in advance. It's the first time something like this happened to me. I ordered a transfer from Rome Airport and I wrote a clear message in the order: "I need a big car because we are 2 persons with 4 big luggages". The company sent a very small car, they lied regarding the order, they offered us another car if we agreed to pay an extra 49 Euro. The "other car", a Van, was already prepared and happy to pick up us for another 49 Euro. This is called a "scam" and I will try to find a way to make a big complaint against you and the company who swindle us. Shame, a country full of crooks!!!Written 24 August 2021
