What to Expect
Your cooking class begins when you meet your small group limited to seven people at a restaurant in central Rome. Before you begin, choose the style of pizza and sauce you’d like to make. You have quite a few options to choose from: fresh garlic and oregano for a marinara pizza; tomato, basil, and mozzarella for a classic Margherita; and salami, chili, and anchovies for other types. Once you decide, a professional chef helps you along every step of the way. After your pizza is prepared, take part in a tasting session with your group. Then, finish the tour with a stroll around the city center.

Our course was held at Via Giuseppe Zanardelli 12, Restaurant Jazz (near Piazza Navona). But you might want to email to double-check if you're there. I emailed Caterina and received a prompt response.
