Excellent tour of the Palace with our guide! The headphones made it easy to hear our guide even if we were not in the same room. Would recommend.

We did not find the tour guide. We contacted to explain we were near the palace at a museum and would meet the group. Hubby and I split up to check for lady with IBE on pink umbrella. Neither one of us spotted that person. I have requested a refund as we did our due diligence. I have heard nothing. Very sad about that.

The guide was excellent and his English was perfect. He was both knowledgeable and amusing. The trip was a good length and we had a great time.

Great tour guide was very knowledgeable kept up a good pace even though there was a lot of walking. We were able to stop in and see many of the rooms was a good tour.

I paid $90 US for two hop on/ hop off tour tickets for Barcelona for 48 hours from Viator. When we boarded the second time, we were asked for the paper ticket we should have been given when we boarded. No one gave us a paper ticket. It was all electronic. The conductor told Is that as a favor he would let us ride to our destination and we would have to get off. I could have taken a taxi for less money and aggravation.

Visit to Royal Palace is very interesting in itself given the vast history of Spain. The visit was made even more interesting by Aurora’s (the guide) delivery. Edward Melillo

The instructions for meeting leader were unclear and we couldn't find them despite being at the meeting place early. After spending an hour on phone trying to resolve, we were placed on a later tour. It was really a large group and it took 45 minutes to get everyone into the palace and set up with headsets. The leader did her best but it was hard to hear even with headsets. We missed the tapas we had paid for because of the change. Really disappointed.

RODRIGO was a FANTASTIC GUIDE!! His English was perfect !! We met at a perfect meeting place and he immediately began pointing out important historical items that would be re-visited once inside the palace. I learned a lot and it was very fun. I was very happy with Rodrigo’s depth and breath of knowledge and he delivered it in a fascinating way!! If it is your first visit to Madrid, THIS TOUR IS DEFINITELY THE PERFECT TOUR TO TAKE FIRST!! I did not partake in the extra lunch. There was a FABULOUS GIFT SHOP - the BEST of the 3 I visited!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

Well organised trip, with great staff. Comfortable bus, with our driver Jesus very competent and safe. Rioco was a very entertaining guide with a quirky sense of humour, and kept us all informed. The tour of Segovia was fantastic, a great insight into the history and importance of the town and the influences that led to the development of the buildings. Be warned, though - Segovia is much colder than Madrid, so bring warm clothes and a scarf if it’s not summer. It was also great that we got to Segovia early, because it was quite crowded by the time we left for Toledo - and this was the off-season. Toledo was another well organised experience. We got to take pictures of the town from across the valley before arriving - you can see easily how the town was named. Walk a little way away from the main Plaza to find lunch - much cheaper and more authentic - and the shops are a bit different - lots of replica weapons, given Toledo’s steel history. The walking tour was informative, focused on the Cathedral and the religious influences of the town. The Cathedral is well worth the visit, even if you’re not into seeing yet another religious site. It’s enormous, has some wonderful paintings and the Monstrance is a must-see.

Our guide (I think it was Amanda) was brilliant, she was very knowledgeable and excited by her subject. The tour concentrated on 8-10 paintings and was very informative giving a global perspective and well as very interesting specifics. Totally recommend this tour.

Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide. Access to the Passion Tower was a huge plus. No problem with meeting location or expediting security. Highly recommend.

we had a wonderful time with this tour company and our guide Mr. Khan was really good and very knowledgeable seemed like he has real passion for the history. He took his time to explain everything in detail and trip was very well planned and well managed worth every penny

We really enjoyed this guided tour of the Royal Palace. Skip the line access was great. Our guide Lidia was excellent, very knowledgeable and fun. Great tour.
