    Fabulous Flamenco
However many flamenco shows you might visit, you will be very fortunate if you see one of good as this. We went just for the show (plus drink). I don't know if I would bother about dinner. The performances were stunning: dancers were Eduardo Guerrero and Sara Jiminez on our visit. 70 minutes of genuine high voltage emotion. Extraordinary and a real highlight that should not be missed.

The best Flamenco show in Spain
The BEST flamenco show in Madrid! Highly recommended. Adam (Manager) gave us the best service and made sure we were taken care of. The show and food were excellent.

Best Flamenco Dinner and Show in Madrid!
My wife and I very much enjoyed our evening at this Michelin-starred restaurant and flamenco dinner theatre. The food was delicious but unfortunately we had to eat the final 2 courses in the dark ( during the performance) because our service was slow. The one hour flamenco show was truly outstanding!

Great show, dinner service not worth it
The show itself was five stars— I enjoyed the music, dancing, and singing. 3 stars for the food and the overall disorganization of the service. It took 40 minutes before I got bread and water, and another 15 minutes for my order to be taken. I don’t understand how with a set menu and a high number of servers and runners, it can take so long that courses are still being served during the show. A suggestion for management on how to improve: it seemed each waiter had a row of tables to serve. Perhaps have the server get the orders from every table first so that everyone at least roughly gets drinks and first courses at the same time. It seemed like the server was serving one table at a time, which was wild because the first table in the row was finished with their first course before the last table had ordered. It would have made the show more enjoyable later not to have servers in the background still serving courses.

    Electrifying and unforgettable experience
Did the Skip the Line tour in the morning at Prado and the Palace from 9:30-2:45pm, then took the metro back to Opera station and walked to this place. Couldn’t get a spot with Tripadvisor, but lucky to get it via the official website. Preferred the 5:30pm earlier seating and had the Solea set dinner which was really good. The show started at 7:30-8:45pn and it was absolutely electrifying, Guerrero’s and Jimenez performance were pumped with adrenalin and testosterone! There was no dull moment, they had the complete classical flamenco elements: Buleria, Algeria, fandango, castanets, Cante, Palma….all done with a modern flare. The performers were so immersed in their art they were absolutely hypnotic. The service was wonderful and food was excellent. There were plenty of taxis outside and even the taxi driver was so friendly. Madrid is indeed one of the safest cities for solo travelers . Don’t miss this show !! (PS: the singles tables are fine except if you get a table with a blocked view (eg see the columns in the photo), ask them if you could sit somewhere else once the show starts)

Very good dinner, very good Flameno show, good value for $
I don't know that I would award it a Michelin star, but the roast rack of lamb was fantastic, largely because of the super rich gravy, and the "french toast" desert was also out of this world. The flamenco entertainment was top notch and (for all I know) ,authentic. Bill for three of us, no alcohol, with show and small tip, came to 360 Euro, or $375.00, which I would say was very well spent.

Great show, good food, good time
I bought my tickets a few weeks in advance and it was a good thing because on a Monday night, it was completely sold out. They have a few different menus if you are also getting dinner with your show...some you can get for around $60 with prices rising to around $120. And your group is allowed to get different menus...my husband opted for one of the more expensive ones and I went with the cheapest and the establishment was fine with it. I thought the food was really good. And the waiter was very helpful and cheerful. His English was very good too (though we attempted to use our best high school Spanish from twenty years ago.) The show is after dinner and they are pretty strict about being quiet during the performance. Which I appreciate! It's so rude for people to be clattering silverware and chatting with friends while performers are making their best effort. And everyone was talented. I was afraid we'd be getting a passable show, especially on a Monday night, but was willing to be forgiving because we are just relaxing on vacation. Nope. This was a real effort. They have their credentials (awards, etc.) listed in the program. Definitely worth the effort.

    Quality flamenco and gourmet food
Went for a flamenco show and was pleasantly surprised to discover a Michelin star place with very nice food. The soirée starts with the dinner and when everybody is ready- approx 19:30 - the show starts. The food is gourmet style: spectacular avocado gaspacho and delicious salmon. Then a five chocolate desserts. The wine menu is comprehensive. Now the show: good performers, top quality, rather classy than commercial.

Overrated, but excellent food and solid flamenco
The food was excellent, and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us getting closer to the stage. However, the flamenco wasn't as memorable as in other places, and felt more like a dinner theater for cruise line passengers than the special experience they aim for.

Food Outstanding; Flamenco Not Authentic-- At Least Not in August
Food was exceptional (five stars), the best we've had in Madrid. The "flamenco" dancing (three stars, being generous) on 18.8.2023 was modern dance with flamenco flourishes thrown in-- excessively overdramatic like a Vegas show. If you want the real thing, come to New York and see Soledad Barrio.

It is a beautiful memory that I took with me from Madrid, we chose the option with dinner and the union of the two things together with Pablo's service, which was very attentive, enchanted us. The site is very charming and I recommend it.

So glad we chose this venue and experience. We booked tickets directly from their website for an 8 pm show and drinks, just 2 days in advance. When we arrived, others who had booked for dinner were already seated and eating, closer to the stage. The stage is set up a corner so that there are 2 viewing areas, the main small room and then another wing at a 90 degree angle. Our seats were basically at the very back of that other wing but they were slightly elevated and we had a surprisingly great view. (There were just a few empty tables left, so not 100% sold out, and it was nice to have the extra space at the back of our section). Overall the seating looked to be pretty tight, chairs are small, we saw someone fall off his chair but luckily not hurt. (PS if you are very nervous about COVID this will not feel great to you.)
We did not get dinner but tix came with a complimentary beverage, we chose sangria which was tasty.
The show was an hour and amazing, though we are not experts. It was great to experience the vibe and definitely get insight into that Spanish "fire". I think the value for the show alone is excellent (other flamenco shows were priced the same). Would highly, highly recommend.

I am so frustrated by this show because there were lots of highs and lows.

First off, the service/food/drinks are amazing and the performers are INCREDIBLE. Truly some of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the world.

With that said, my lows are that the room is shaped like an “L” and the stage faces half of the room. The other half of the people are looking at the stage from the side. The performers faced the front of the room 90% of the time, so those of us sitting on the side were stuck looking at the sides or backs of the performers. It was awful. I can’t believe they don’t stage the performance so they face each “side” half of the time.

Also, my husband and I, a party of two, were seated directly behind two parties of 8 - 16 people total. It was almost impossible to see anything aside the top half of the performers bodies (and they were doing such incredible footwork that we couldn’t see).

Also the parties in front of us were taking photos and videos the entire time even though there was an announcement at the beginning stating photos/videos can only be taken In the first 5 minutes. The waitstaff didn’t enforce that policy at all.

They should have some kind of tiered ticket system so you know where you’ll be sitting at the performance (we would have paid more to sit facing the stage).

It’s a bummer because the talent was so amazing, we just couldn’t see much of it.

We were sit by the bar/kitchen where all of the waitresses and performers hang out. They weren’t respectful and constantly chatted, and constantly shhshhing. We paid the same amount but there was this huge blockage in our view. Most of the show we didn’t get to see sitting comfortably. Look at the pictures. Dresses of the ladies were very underwhelming and had nothing to do with the pics here. Food was expensive and barely warm. Nope nope nope 👎

Dear MelisH_12, Please be assured that your experience is the exception to the rule and not in keeping with our standards or expectations. I was very disappointed to read of your experience during your visit. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. On the other hand, I would like to note that there is a great variety for typical flamenco dresses of ladies and the ones you refer to are totally authentic. It depends on the artists as they have their own dresses , so .. if you visit us again , it´s more than probable that you will find different dresses that you may like more . Thank you for your visit and hope you have the opportunity of visiting us again to find that although dresses are not always the ones you would like to see, the quality and authenticity of the show are incomparable. Looking forward to welcoming back in the near future. Best regards,

I was very disappointed by my experience here. We arrived to the restaurant only to find out our table was at the absolute end of the restaurant, with an extremely poor, almost non-visible view of the stage, from the side.

The waiters seemed trained at dealing with the situation which was even more frustrating.

To top it off, the chicken I had was undercooked and inedible.

This is a tourist trap, avoid at all costs.

Dear 45ranii, Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to advise of your recent visit to Corral de la Moreria. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide our guests. I was very disappointed to read of your experience with us. The place reminds the old and authentic tablaos flamencos with a stage and tables located throughout the room to allow the view of the show to enjoy it to the fullest. I´m sorry if you had any problem with the view from your seat as it means the table was not in the correct position at that time . On the other hand, the service and all the staff at the Corral de la Morería is focused on providing the best ever service to our guests and any person would have been more than happy to help you and manage to solve the problem with the the food if the chicken was undercooked. We hope you have the opportunity of visiting us again to really enjoy the experience ! Do not hesitate to contact me before as I will be delighted to welcome you personally . Best regards,

Nice place to live a tradicional flamenco show in madrid. The performance is breathtaking as the sounds are powerful and the atmosphere fits perfectly with it. The both female dancers were absolutely stunning, we loved their dresses and we even could take a pic with them after the show thanks to our waiter Jose who behaved as a perfect host with us. The place has two different options in order to see the show: with or without dinner and we took the second one, we had a really good time with a nice gin tonic!
Deeply recommended

Wow! I'm pretty sure we went to THE BEST night b/c even the staff got chills and goosebumps. I've never been to a flamenco show, so my husband and I didn't know what to expect. I'm so glad we came here, b/c the dancers and singers blew our socks off! There was so much heart, passion, and energy on stage and you felt all of it in that moment. They allow people to take photos and videos for the first 5 minutes, which was great b/c honestly a sea of phones would've been distracting.

Our ticket time was 9:10pm and like many reviewers stated, if you get the dinner, that dinner gets served first before the show actually starts. We did get the dinner and honestly it was pretty delicious! Given the mass seating and dinner serving, the service was a bit slow though they were working pretty hard to get everyone accommodated in a timely manner. The tables are pretty close together and we had a nice group near us who made pleasant conversation while we all waited for our food.

The only thing that was confusing was toward the end when we had to settle up our bill. I bought the tickets to see the show on their main website but it mentioned we had to pay the dinner bill separately. We waited until the very end and even after so many people left to receive our final bill, which had both the ticket price and the dinner. It seems the tickets weren't previously charged and the final total is shown on the bill. I'm not sure how other people paid but a ton of them started leaving after the show and before servers could get them a bill, so wondering if they did a dine and dash. Very strange but we settled up quickly and one of that last few to leave.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this experience and at this venue. We can't wait to come back again with more friends and family!

The venue is wonderful.
The show was top quality and everybody - from the guitar player, to the dancers and singers - were at the top of their game.
However, since the admission prices are higher than those of other flamenco tablaos in the city, they probably should warn you more carefully that the tables are crammed and many of them have an obstructed view of the stage due to some columns or pillars in the middle of the room, and needless to say you don't get to choose where you're going to sit even though the price is exactly the same as for the tables right in front of the stage.

It was lovely experience. My family and I had a such a good time and Roberto led our service very well. We will highly recommend to visit this show to our friends in Glasgow. My daughter was the one who was completely sorprised for the show because she didn't expect that amazing dance.Thank you very much to preserve the Spanish tradition and dance of Flamenco

You may think this is another tourist trap. Wrong. The Corral is a well known venue for the art of Flamenco. It has hosted many Spanish and international celebrities. Flamenco is a form of song, dance and music (guitar), associated with southern Spain. It is a passionate, sensual, emotional show. The artists are very talented and dedicated to their art and culture. There were two singers, a guitarist, and two dancers (male and female). It is well worth a visit and a great way to immerse yourself in Spanish culture.

There is the option of having dinner bf the show or just the show and drinks. We opted for the show and drinks. My only complaint is that the entire audience had to wait until dinner was finished. They should have seated those who chose the dinner an hour earlier, finished dinner, and then have the balance of the audience come to the venue for the show. 9.2/10

Food and show were terrific…however… This is a restaurant first and show second. For at least the first 25 minutes of the show, the waiters continued to serve and remove plates, etc., blocking people’s view of the show. When I commented, I was told dinner service was still going on. I booked well in advance as they told me the seating order of who would be closest to the stage was based upon how early you made your reservation. It was acknowledged that I made my reservation very early, yet still was seated at the back of the room. When I asked about being seated closer to the stage, I was basically told it couldn’t happen. Then just before, the show started, people who did not have dinner were seated up at the stage. I was so excited about the show and ended up very frustrated and disappointed. Next time I will go to another place that was recommended where it’s about the show and not about the food and beverage service.
