Overview

Beat the daytime heat and explore Madrid at its most atmospheric on an evening food and walking tour. Visit four local-favorite bars, and get a true taste of Madrid through tapas and beverages, with the samples at your first stop included in your tour price. Explore narrow streets and secret plazas inaccessible by car, and move around the city easily in a small group limited to eight people. Plus, receive restaurant and nightlife recommendations that guarantee a great trip.

What to Expect

Your food and walking tour begins in central Madrid in the early evening. In a small group limited to eight, visit the first of four local bars and restaurants to enjoy tapas and a drink. At each subsequent bar, food and drinks are purchased at your own expense.

As you wander between each venue, your guide provides insight into Madrid’s culinary culture and history, and highlights illuminated points of interest. Rub shoulders with locals and opt to remain in the final bar after bidding your guide farewell.

Great start to our Madrid visit

There were just three of us plus our wonderful guide, Miraim. She did an outstanding job explaining local customs, history of specific places in the center of Madrid and dining tips. We were very glad we opted for this tour.

I would ask upfront. There are great veggie options based on olives, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, beans etc. that are awesome. I’d let your guide know upfront.
