About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Netekaasen0 contributionsTourist scam - they kept our money.Bought tickets for 10 people. The bus forgot to Pick us up, due to technical issues. We were promised our money back. It is now 10 days later, and we haven’t got the money back.Written 15 March 2025

- billbU5506NA0 contributionsHorrible experience and dayDay trip booked to Granada/Alhambra booked with this company. Visitanddo.com I genuinely thought it woukd be cancelled due to forecast high winds and torrential rain. But no. So on arriving parked up near Alhambra then about 20 minute walk down very steep hill into City in torrential rain for couple of hours free time. I spent mine in McDonalds trying to get warm and dry and keep out of horrible weather. Then back up hill to start Alhambra tour, still wet and cold. After 1 hour traipsing outside behind local guide not being able to hear a word I packed it in. Imagine hour in high winds and monsoon rain on a hillside! By that time my umbrella was destroyed as well. Begged with guide to get us inside, in my opinion it wasn't safe, especially for mainly older people in group. I slipped couple of times on treacherous cobbles. She just wanted to plough on. Case of finish or not paid? I then had to wait nearly 3 hours to get on the coach. I was chilled to the bone and today feel bad with sore throat and bad chest. I have contacted the company and got the corporate brush off, quite rudely in my opinion. I know they can't control the weather but, when safety and customer care is at risk? It should have been canceled. To me it was we want your money and couldn't care less about conditions or comfort! First and last ever trip with this company. Many others far superior. I have been taking such trips for many years and this was worst ever. Waste of a day, and money, wasn't cheap compared to some. Saw nothing and ended up in my sick bed. Oh, and they seem to think if anyone had slipped, broke a leg, or worse! Then their insurance would pay out. First in my opinion likely not as they would say you shouldn't have taken them in those conditions. Secondly what an appalling attitude! In my honest opinion avoid!Written 14 March 2025

- davidmW7900UT0 contributionsPhoto bonanzaWe took over 1000 photos amazing trip with good information given by the guides. We’ll organised a good full day trip . The walk is set at a good pace for all.Written 9 March 2025
- R11MCmichellet0 contributionsMore than a hike!Highly recommend. Loved the views and our guide Alain was full of lots of interesting facts in history, geology, and even the plants and animals. It was very well organized and everything ran so smoothly ! If you are moderately fit it is not a difficult 7 km hike as there is a lot more downhill than up… if you have vertigo, fear of heights you may want to reconsider but there are no technical sections… we always felt very safe. I didn’t like the tunnel at the beginning but that was just a bit of claustrophobia with so many people in the space… there is lots of clearance and it’s well lit.Written 8 March 2025
- vaillaarMontreal0 contributionsGibraltor with visitanddoGot picked up in Malaga by visitanddo tour. Several bus stops all along the coast ~5 pick up, bus was full. Cross 2 borders to get in Gibraltor, the got into 2 mini bus for people who took the tour for 79 Euros really worth it. Love the Angel's cave and monkeys. Had lunch at Roy's Fish and chips in the square. Then coffee and pastries at Bakery in same square. Then went back 2 borders and same road back the whole trip was 12h. We really enjoyed it. Thanks Emmanuel our visitanddo guide and Tony minibus driver and guide on Gibraltor rock. Big thanks to visitanddo bus driver he was a pro with all those intricate turns on the Costa Del Sol.Written 6 March 2025

- Jfishermondo0 contributionsTruly awesomeI would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone that is in the area and has a day to spare. Very well organised pick up and transport to and from from Fuengirola, great drive up there and a really amazing tour guide in Dan. Scenery is absolutely stunning and well work the 15000 steps completing it. Ignore all the negative stuff written about it being dangerous etc, it was a gentle stroll and really safe so just do itWritten 26 February 2025
- 562gabew0 contributionsA lovely day to rememberWe had a lovely day visiting both of these beautiful places. The bus was comfortable. The tour was very well organised with enough time allocated at each stop. We enjoyed delicious food along the way. Shout out to our tour guide, Tania, who looked after us very well, sharing lots of interesting facts and advice on each location. Thank you also to our driver David, who got us there and back, safely.Written 21 February 2025

Travelled with visitanddo.com.
Jorge was an excellent guide, he was very informative, and quite funny too.
We took the rock tour, which after border control and stopping at the bus station in Gibraltar, we were transferred to a smaller bus. The roads in Gibraltar are, well, quite narrow, to say the least. There were 3 stopping points. 1 to take pictures of the strait of Gibraltar, with the 2 continents of Africa and Europe in the distance. Second stop was at a cave, with a great light show. The last stop was to see the monkeys. Amazing animals. Well worth the trip from Torremolinos, about a 2.5 hour journey, with 2 other pick up points along the way.

We were second to last for pick up. We had to sit separately on the coach, but there were a lot off single travellers. No one offered for us to sit together. I. A disabled badge holder and couldn’t sit at front off bus as generally is the case. Now. The day itself was fine. My issue was with the tour guide. I was in ear shot when an American couple asked about Gibraltar being a British territory. By his response, to which was incorrect he totally slammed Britain. Then came back for seconds to cane the British choosing the £ over the €. And again the info he gave was based on incorrect information. I felt quite annoyed by this as I’m British. What gives him the right to express his opinion. Surely he is supposed to be neutral.
And then. On the way back. The first people to get off left 2 seats together so my partner and I moved to those seats. To be rudely told he had promised those seats to a lady! So he was going to give those seats to another solo traveller, but my partner and I couldn’t sit together.

Dear customer.
I must respond to your review because you are not telling the truth. I am not saying that you are lying, but your words may be due to a misinterpretation of Carlos' performance as a guide. There were other British participants on the tour who have confirmed that at no time did our guide say anything against the British.
The written report from fellow customers, after asking on our guide behaviour and speech, on the same bus is as follows:
"I’m replying on behalf of my wife and myself and we did not notice any anti-British comments. He mentioned about an American couple asking about ownership of Gibraltar and used that as an intro to the story of ownership going back to the Muslim invasion in 711. There was nothing anti British in what he said. Concerning the Euro he was pointing out that Gibraltar used their own £ and not the Euro and that it wasn’t the same value as the English £. It was not about Britain not taking the Euro. Carlos was first class and his instructions for crossing the border were concise and very good."
Another customer did reply in the same way to our email.
As I mentioned to you, our buses are 54, 55 or 59 seaters and your bus was a 55 seater but that day, 7 people did not show up, so it was room enough to accommodate 2 persons together, if in case all window seats were used, you would have ever ask our guide or any other passenger that you wanted to sit together. It happens in every tour we operate and never had a problem with such a situation.
As I did also mention to you Carlos is a long time staff member of our team and many times effusively congratulated by our clients, as happened on this return trip from Gibraltar, where he received ground of applause from the whole participants in the bus. (I believe, not from you).
We wish you a very pleasant stay in Spain and beg you to believe the many of us are real anglophiles in all aspects, among others our mates Carlos, who makes is living partly on showing Gibraltar to the tourists, with success. Normally, no living being bites the hand that feeds him or her.
Much obliged.

The trip to Gibraltar from Malaga was wonderful and I recommend it for everyone. Daniel, our guide was amazing and well suited for managing large groups of tourists along with all their customs. He was informative, well spoken in English as well as Spanish and made the trip very enjoyable for all. This is a great tour because you have the option to just go down to Gibraltar for the day, which was our plan, or you have several other tour choices once you are there. We added on the Rock tour which was also amazing and I recommend it as well.

Our guide Carlos was fab. Knowledgeable and very fun and humorous. Everything was just great. Time spent in each location was perfect. Might be a good idea to give prospective tourists an appropriate time of departure and return to their drop off spots. No complaints at all

The tour was carried out reliably. A delayed start due to a traffic accident was communicated promptly via WhatsApp. The guide was very friendly and competent, the ride was very good. The stay of 5 hours was sufficient for me to have a comprehensive impression of Gibraltar.

The trip was very good value for money and overall I enjoyed the day. However, there are some points if like to raise when aren't clear in the description or itinary for the day.
1. The information on the ticket states the ticket is ‘valid’ from 10.00 am. So, like me you might think this is when the bus to take you to Gibratlar might leave the pick-up spot, this is not the case and you will see after purchasing the ticket that the bus leaves at 7-7.15 am in the morning (leaving from Malaga Centeral). This might influence your choice if you might not be able to make it to one of the pick-up spots that early. I raised this issue with the tour provide customer services, but they didn't seem to interested in my thoughts.
2. A lot of the day is spent on the bus than you'd think. When I looked travelling from Malaga Centeral to Gibraltar should have taken 2-ish hours going a d coming back. When. Actually we were in the bus for 3.5-4 hrs. This was due to stopping at every meet-up point on the way to Gibraltar. Again this is not made clear in the tour description. I didn't mind, put if I know I could have prepared more in advance. Especially since we did not stop at a service station one on the way back while on a bus with no toilet.
3. I could be wrong but I do not think the tour description made it clear that you need to bring your passport/ID card with you. There is also no mention of going though customs going in or out of Gibraltar. Might seem obvious but would be going to make everything crystal so there is no doubt booking this experience.
Seems a bit negative. But generally I enjoyed the day and the experience give to me. Again I thought the trip was value for money, I just think the tour provider needs to be clearer with what you are getting into.
