Overview
Skip lines often in excess of two hours and head straight inside the Louvre for a look at its fascinating collection. Your skip-the-line 3-hour tour offers time to appreciate some of the museum's most iconic paintings, sculptures, and architecture. Join your guide on a journey from one breathtaking gallery to the next, jumping through history while admiring works dating from nearly 450 BCE through the 19th-century. Small group sizes of no more than 12 people also mean that your expert, English-speaking guide can adapt tours to suit each individual group.
Highlights
  • Beat the crowds and save time with skip-the-line admission
  • This small-group tour offers a personal, relaxed way to discover
  • See the Mona Lisa, Winged Victory of Samothrace, and other masterpieces
  • Learn about artworks in the Louvre from your trained art historian guide
What to Expect
Meet your guide at a convenient location in central Paris—morning and afternoon departure times are available—and make your way to the Louvre. One of the world’s largest museums, the Louvre always draws crowds. With skip-the-line access, you can save time and head straight in. Follow your guide, a trained art historian, through the sprawling museum galleries straight to the highlights; when necessary, you can wear audio headsets so you don’t miss a word. See the Venus de Milo and Winged Victory of Samothrace, glimpse crowns that belonged to French royalty, and then take in canvases such as Delacroix’s Liberty Leading the People. With a maximum of twelve people, this small-group tour lets you get up close and personal with the works. Finally, head to the sculpture hall to see works by Michelangelo and then view Leonardo Da Vinci’s iconic Mona Lisa. The tour concludes under the glass pyramid inside the Louvre.
