Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge Day Trip from Dublin
From US$68.99
Overview
Tick off Northern Ireland's top attractions in just one day during a stress-free tour from Dublin, ideal for travelers with limited time on the Emerald Isle. Included entrance fees and round-trip transport means you'll save time planning ahead, and convenient transport between dispersed landmarks such as the Giant’s Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge allows you to focus on the scenery rather than the roads. On this tour you will also visit the Dark Hedges and Belfast.
What to Expect
This tour starts with a pickup in central Dublin in the early morning. Once you board your coach for the day, relax on the ride over to Northern Ireland.
First, head toward the Giant’s Causeway. At this UNESCO World Heritage Site, enjoy up to two hours wandering the grounds. Your guide tells you many popular legends about the area as you go. You can also eat at a nearby hotel if you’re hungry during this time (own expense).
Then it’s off to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, cross the bridge with your guide and party and take in stunning views over Ireland from above the water. Continue on to the Dark Hedges, planted over 270 years ago by the Stuart family the location has been used in numerous films and television shows.
Finally, travel to Northern Ireland's bustling capital, Belfast. Follow the Glens of Antrim on the route and admire panoramic views of the wild countryside. Spend roughly 45 minutes exploring Belfast city center before moving traveling back to Dublin where your tour concludes.

Gavin and captain John did a great job! The tour was very well organized and the guides always tried to tell interesting facts and make the time between the stops as interesting as possible. For my opinion just 1,5 h would be enough at the...More

Breath Taking

The day tour was full of amazing site and journeys. The bus rides were smooth with classic Irish music. Brian our tour guide was incredibly friendly. And shout out to our bus driver, Rob for taking us safely.

My friends and I took this tour because we had only 3 days in Ireland and wanted to see the major sights in a short period of time. The weather was very windy and wet at Giant's Causeway but that didn't hamper the enthusiasm of...More

I didn’t need a Visa because I am Canadian. Since we were with a tour group they handled everything. You should ask them but I am fairly positive that it’s a non issue.
