Northern Ireland Highlights Day Trip Including Giant's Causeway from Dublin
US$86.86
Overview
Visit Belfast’s Falls and Shankill neighborhoods, see the UNESCO-listed Giant’s Causeway, sign the Peace Wall, and walk the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge all in one day. This tour saves you time and money, as it includes round-trip transport from Dublin and all entrance fees, so you can conveniently explore without dealing with long lines. Plus, this tour comes highly recommended by one of our own TripAdvisor employees.
What to Expect
Your tour starts with pickup from Dublin in a comfortable, Wi-Fi–equipped coach bus. On the way to Belfast, you’ll stop at a rest area for breakfast, drinks, or snacks (at your own expense). It’s a long day, so it’s recommended you grab something to eat.

At Belfast, your guide will point you to a black cab for a tour led by someone who grew up there during the Northern Ireland Conflict. Visit the Falls and Shankill neighborhoods, hearing first-hand accounts of the battles between the Catholics and the Protestants. You’ll see the Peace Wall, where you can sign your own name.

Afterward, you’ll ride on the bus to the Giant’s Causeway, with a chance to buy lunch (own expense) before walking down the hill to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Lastly, walk across the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge over the ocean before making the return drive back to Dublin.

The trip was fantastic. Our guide (Kim) was informative and helpful. We selected to go on the Black Cab tour which I would highly recommend.

Our party of 3 couples enjoyed this tour a lot, despite a few weather challenges. Our guide (Tara) was excellent and informative the entire time. We chose the black taxi tour in Belfast, which was eye-opening and showed us the past - and current -...More

Well worth it!!

I LOVED this tour. My little brother (20) and I (23) went on it together. Neither of us were knowledgeable or even that interested in Irish history or mythology, and we were both looking up books, movies, and podcasts by the end of the trip...More

On the bus tour that I took, it gave me the option to choose between the two pickup sites, so I was able to choose the one I was closest to (Starbucks site). After we were all picked up from the site I chose, we went by the... More

Someone on our trip stayed at the last location. If you wanted to stay in Belfast you would miss Giants causeway and all the pretty stuff after the Belfast stop, I don't think it would be worth the time and money if you were... More
