Wonderfully interesting and fun tour with a Harry Potter twist.
Interesting, fun tour with Tym. It was informative and great to learn historical facts about Oxford while seeing some of the filming sites for Harry Potter films. Great value for money and lovely to see behind the scenes of the most beautiful buildings.

Interesing details from studen life and history
Nice to hear insider sotories of the student life in Oxford colleges. Walk distance is not too long, there are many places for standing, sitting and listening. Our guide Bill answered also many questions during the walking time.

      Amazing tour
This tour was amazing! Richard, our guide, was very knowledgeable and told us some funny stories and little "secrets" of the city, which made it even more enjoyable. Alongside the cultural tour he suggested local pubs which was much appreciated. Definitely did not feel like 2 hours!

      Great
We had a tour today with Aussie Tom! A two hour free tour, where Tom was knowledgeable and interesting about Oxford and then student life. My son has an offer from Oxford on same course as Tom… so was great talking with him . Oh, whilst the tour is free, please please please give a generous tip as it’s worth it!!

      Great introduction to Oxford
Our tour was led by Richard, who was studying his doctorate at Oxford. He delivered a very informative and interesting tour, interspersed with humour, which kept us all hanging on his every word. We visited Trinity College, where the chapel was a sight to behold. Richard guided us efficiently around the other main highlights of Oxford, giving us a useful background in English history in which to appreciate what we were seeing. We took him up on his pub recommendation, and again weren’t disappointed. Overall, great value for money.

      Don’t miss in Oxford!
So thankful we booked this tour. Very economical way to see inside several of the gorgeous Oxford buildings/colleges. Our guide Mikelai (sorry if spelling is wrong) was so welcoming and kind! We absolutely loved it, and the time flew by! Highpoints inside Trinity Chapel and Divinity school. ESP loved the cs Lewis connections. Thanks for a great tour!

Great Tour with a very funny tour guide
We loved the tour! Our tourguide Nick was so funny, knowledgeable and kind. We got to learn a lot about the University and town history and got to see some very interesting buildings. We would have loved to see some more of the insides but we get that it's not always possible for tourists. Thanks again Nick for a great time!

The best tour I've ever had in the UK
The best tour I've ever had in the UK, Ben is the best tour guide we have ever met. He has a very wide knowledge of history and religions, and he is obviously an excellent role model of our kids. Thanks for the splendid tour, we love Oxford better than any other places in the UK because of this wonderful tour. Thanks!

Great tour around the colleges of Oxford with Mary. She was vivacious, highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history and scandal's of Oxford. I was part of a group of 20 people from all over Europe and Mary kept everyone entertained and captivated for the whole 2 hours. High recommended!

We did a 3-hour private walking tour with Daniel. Our group included 5 teenagers aged 12-17 and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Daniel is very knowledgeable and was also able to share with us his first hand experience of studying at Oxford University. We visited the inside of a beautiful college, Divinity School and walked by many other significant buildings, libraries and colleges. We could not have wished for a better guide. We followed the tour by punting - a great day in Oxford!

Sadly there was no access onto the university due to COVID, but our tour guide, Jack, Kept us engaged and entertained throughout our two hour walking tour. We covered history which was fascinating, gory and enlightening and he also had some light hearted stories about Harry Potter. The inspiration behind their stories and relationship between JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis was brilliant and kept our teenagers of 14 and 17 engaged and delighted throughout the tour. Particularly as they were none too impressed by the idea of a two hour walking tour - ultimately we loved it (mainly due to our knowledgable, witty, eloquent and brilliantly quirky guide) and have come away with great memories and stories from Oxford!

This tour was an excellent way to see the city centre and to get an overview of the main university colleges and their history. Tim, our guide, was fantastic. Knowledgeable and super entertaining, he managed to keep us well distracted from the freezing weather with his enthusiastic delivery. Highly recommend this tour and our guide, Tim.

Kira was absolutely brilliant- very personable and knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm brought the history of the university and its many famous students to life. She didn’t talk down to us and was happy to answer any questions we had. The tour itself was a great overview of some the main buildings- which was useful if you had limited time in Oxford or wanted to see which parts of the university you may want to revisit later.

We had an excellent tour guide in Dr Jack. Loads of interesting tidbits and and he wasn’t afraid to cover some of the more controversial parts of Oxford’s history. He kept it entertaining and I would certainly recommend his tour to others.
