Defo the best 1 i have been to
I have been to a few madame tussauds bit this is by far the best. The exhibits are fab and then you go on a wee journey on a train through old London. Love the whole.process and how lifelike they are.
The Avengers part was great with a wee 3D film too!

Great 2/3 hours and less busy than 5 years ago
Nov 2021
Got 2 free tickets with the Sun paper so visited on a Friday afternoon along with our disabled lodger.
Had visted 5 years previous and enjoyed it then but only gave 4 star review as too crowded. This time the visit was much better, as it was far less crowded and we could take our time taking all the selfies with the stars. Only waited approx 5 mins to get in.
A good way to spend 2/3 hours. Not all statues were 100% accurate, but on the whole most were great and my fave was getting a photo with all the Bonds.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review from your visit to Madame Tussauds London; we appreciate all feedback we receive as it helps us to pinpoint the areas in which we can improve in the future for our guests. We are very sorry to hear that your visit feel so far short of your expectations. Firstly, we are disappointed to hear that you found our figures to be outdated. We are frequently adding new figures to keep our attraction fresh, and our lineup also changes to reflect public interest. If you have any suggestions for figures you would like to see in the future, please feel free to contact us at guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com. We are also sorry to hear that you found the building both hot and crowded. We are still operating at a reduced capacity for the comfort of guests, but we do recognise that each guest's perception of busyness varies, especially during the current climate. Finally, it is very disappointing to hear that you found our staff to be unhelpful. We pride ourselves on the high standards of customer service we expect from our team members, and so we're saddened to hear that our staff did not live up to your expectations during your visit. We would love for you to visit us again in the future, so if you would like to discuss the issues with your visit further, again, feel free to get in touch at guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com. Not Good For Groups With Wheelchair
Jul 2021
The things to see and the whole atmosphere of the area was brilliant, however it is very tricky to get around with a wheelchair. Someone in my family is a wheelchair user and me and the other people I went with were often left alone throughout various parts of the attraction. There would be times when I had to call the person in the wheelchair as to where their location is. This is not something you want to think about when trying to have a nice family day out at London. Additionally, there was no pre-warning for the "wheelchair slot" which meant that our tickets for 12:00pm where not important as the next available slot wasn't until 1:30pm. This caused a lot of unforeseen problems as we had already organised our day out in London around the 12:00 tickets. All I can really ask the company is to have more forewarning on things like the "wheelchair slot" and the fact that the attraction is very difficult to get around as a wheelchair user.

Hi Janice, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review from your recent visit to Madame Tussauds London. We are grateful for all feedback we receive, but we are especially keen to hear feedback on areas such as accessibility, as this is a high priority for us. We are delighted to hear that your family enjoyed the atmosphere and exhibits in our attraction, but it is disappointing to hear that you found issues with the accessibility in our attraction. Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you found our wheelchair access system not up to your expectations. Due to the heritage nature of our building, our attraction features many staircases and a non-linear layout, meaning that guests in wheelchairs are required to use our lift system supervised by a member of staff. Guests are accompanied to each floor of the attraction by a member of staff, and whilst large parties that cannot fit into our single access lift will need to split up temporarily for this, staff will be able to explain where the guest(s) taking the lift will arrive after exiting the lift. Secondly, we are sorry to hear that you were unaware that you needed to book a wheelchair slot to guarantee entry. As we can only accommodate three wheelchairs within our building at any one time due to health and safety policies, we try to advertise the necessity of wheelchair slots as clearly as possible on our website, and in as many places as possible. Firstly, when guests click on 'Plan Your Visit' there is both a drop-down menu option for our Accessibility Guide which includes a link to the wheelchair slot booking page, as well as an option to go directly to 'Book a time slot for wheelchair.' There is also a link to the wheelchair slot booking page on our 'Pre-booked tickets' page under 'Tickets & Prices.' Each ticket information page in the webstore also features in bold font a message explaining the requirement to pre-book a wheelchair slot, and a link to book. Finally, our Help Centre features many useful pages about accessibility in our building with links to book a wheelchair slot. We thank you once again for your feedback on wheelchair access within our attraction; if you would like to suggest further ways in which we could improve our accessibility, please do feel free to get in touch with us at guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com. Kind regards, Katie Guest Experience Team Madame Tussauds London

Better than I remember
Better than I remembered it but there are still a lot of exhibits that look nothing like the people they are supposed to be. In a few cases even squinting didn’t improve the image.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review from your visit to Madame Tussauds London; we appreciate all feedback we receive from guests, as it allows us to see what we're doing well, and what we can improve upon to make the experience for our visitors the best it can be. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your visit this time round more than before! We are however sorry to hear that you felt that some of our wax figures did not look like the celebrities they are modelled on. A huge amount of work goes into making each and every wax figure look precisely like its real-life counterpart, but we do appreciate that likeness is subjective. We'd love for you to consider us a 4 or 5-star attraction, so if you have any other suggestions for how we could improve, please do get in touch at guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com. Kind regards, Katie Guest Experience Team Madame Tussauds London

Wonderful disabled friendly experience. Would highly recommend!
Our experience was excellent. We had a wheelchair user in our party and we were assigned a dedicated staff member to support us round. Amy was exceptionally helpful and informative. She even got us complimentary tickets for the Marvel 4D show as it was our nephew’s birthday, which he loved. Would recommend this a disability friendly outing for families and carers. One of the best experiences we’ve had.

There wasn't one favourite experience. The whole place was amazing. We laughed, we cried and had the most brilliant 2hours. The waxworks models were so life like. It was a blast. Would deffo reccomend it. The only downside was the stairs, played havoc with my knees. We didn't know where the lifts or slopes were. Nxt time I visit I will ask first. A must for all the family. Hello Melva, Thank you so much for choosing to visit us here at Madame Tussauds. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your experience so much you have rated Madame Tussauds London with 5 stars! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed getting up close and personal to all of the amazing wax figures and you were entertained with everything else that we have to offer at the attraction! It is fabulous to read how much you appreciated the artistic skills that were put into making our figures. It is truly remarkable the amount of work and detail our team put in when creating our wax figures to ensure they look exactly like their counterparts! As Madame Tussauds London is based in a heritage building with frequently stepped access across 6 floors, we do have an accessibility lift which can assist guests who are unable to use the stairs between floors. Please do speak to a member of staff when you next visit us, and they would be more than happy to assist! We add several new figures every year and we are constantly updating our attraction and adding new features. We look forward to you seeing our new additions when you return! Best wishes Evie Guest Experience Team, Madame Tussauds London

Not worth your time, or money.
There is no doubt that the wax models are incredible; so lifelike, they are amazing. However, the building which houses this iconic attraction is truly awful. It was very crowded, stiflingly hot, the rooms claustrophobic, the interconnecting corridors too narrow, and we encountered constantly badly designed pinch points throughout the whole thing.
I appreciate the desire for people wanting to take selfies with the more popular models, but they seemed to all be placed in such a way that whether you’d decided to queue for your turn or not, you were destined to queue anyway as there was no way to walk past the crowd.
There was an amazing line up of models depicting every James Bond, but MT have put a ‘pay to have a photo with ET’ right next to it, so again, the queue for one attraction blocks another.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback from your recent visit to Madame Tussauds London. We appreciate all feedback we receive as it helps us to pinpoint what we're getting right, and what we need to change to make the experience we offer to our guests even better! We're delighted to hear that you were impressed by the artistry of our wax figures - each one takes over 3 months of hard work from our talented teams to make absolutely perfect. We are however disappointed to hear that you struggled with the layout of our building and the busyness of the attraction on the day of your visit. We operate in a heritage building, and this does come with its constraints, but we do our best to ensure that figures are well spaced out, and their positions are carefully considered to optimise the flow through each room. Whilst we do have several photography points, where guests can choose to pay for professional photos with some of our most popular figures, we do not have a photography set for E.T. Instead, what you may have seen is that during our busiest periods, we will create a queue system for our most popular figures, so that each guest has an equal chance to take photos with their favourite star. We thank you for you feedback on the areas of our attraction you felt needed improvement; we will pass this on to the relevant teams for their consideration. We do hope that despite the issues you experienced with your visit, you'll consider visiting us again some time. If you would like to suggest ways we could improve further, please feel free to get in touch at guest.experience@madame-tussauds.com. Kind regards, Katie Guest Experience Team Madame Tussauds London
