Explore Quebec City’s food scene and learn about the city’s history on this small-group walking tour. You’ll taste 15 local items, including crepes, maple candy, and smoked salmon, as you hear commentary about from your guide about hip the St. Jean-Baptiste district and UNESCO-listed Old Quebec. The tour includes all tastings, and a small group means plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
What to Expect
Meet your guide at the Quebec Tourist Information Center prior to your departure time, and then begin walking through the UNESCO-listed neighborhood of Old Quebec.

Learn about the neighborhood’s rich history and architecture en route to two eateries, where you'll enjoy traditional food and wine, followed by a spot known for its maple products.

Then, head to the bohemian district of St. Jean Baptiste and walk past Parliament, the Grand Theatre, and more—stop to sip microbrews, sample French bistro fare, and satisfy your sweet tooth at a creperie and chocolate shop.

Tour concludes at the original departure point.

we ended in the lower city, but depending on where you hotel is, you will have to walk back. There is a tram, venicular, to the upper part.

I don’t think the tour is vegetarian friendly. The restaurants were prepared for the number of people in the group. If something was served I didn’t like I just didn’t eat!

You should not bring the dog. In general, pets are not allowed in places like restaurants, hotels, stores and most other indoor places.
