About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Sherpa607100457910 contributionsSO FUN!!!!Such a fun trip today. All the team were so fun and free - Elyssa/Aylissa breen and Bryan thanks for an awesome day. Hope I spelt your names correct.Written 14 January 2025
- D9545QLtroys0 contributionsFantastic Family tour the highlight of the trip to Whistler! We had George take us on a fantastic family snowmobile tour of Cougar mountain and Rainbow Mountain. The facility for the children to drive the kids size snow mobiles made the day and put a huge smile on my son’s face. Definitely worth doing and thanks George for a great tour!Written 9 January 2025
- BellaHouston_TX0 contributionsA big disappointment !!!!!We were so looking forward to this family snow mobile tour. However, when we got there we were told that they don’t hqve our reservation. Have them my booking reference number and nothing. So I called the trip adviser after we got back to the hotel and I was told the operator had canceled the tour a day before and supposedly sent out an email ( which I never received ) So we were charged $1,600 dollars dor a trip that got cancelled ??!! I was told we will get a refund but our day pretty much got wasted. We were in Whistler for 3 days and 1 day got ruined thanks to this. We find this very irresponsible from Your part ( Trip Advisor ) to charge for an expensive tour only to have it cancelled at the last minute. Who will be responsible our our time lost ???Written 3 January 2025

- dantF3411QU0 contributionsPeaceful Snowshoe to Majestic CedarsAfter a fun snowcat ride up the mountain, we took a peaceful hike in to see the majestic ancient cedars. Our friendly and knowledgeable guides surprised us with a fresh cookie and hot chocolate and a quick detour for a view into the valley. Phones were only out for pictures - a brilliant escape from the bustle.Written 30 December 2024
- rachaell750 contributionsHighly recommend! Amazing snowmobile tour!WOW, what an amazing snowmobiling experience. The views were incredible, the terrain was great fun, the machines were in great condition and our guide George was amazing! He made sure that we had the best time out on the trails but could see he was keeping an eye out for everyone the whole time! Having George as our guide really made the tour for us!Written 30 December 2024
- gunko_irina0 contributionsEpic ride, best guide ever!Snowmobile adventure in the snowy wilderness? Oh yeah, it’s as epic as it sounds. Got this as a birthday gift, and honestly, my expectations were low. But WOW—this was a blast! The views? Insane. The mountains? Totally majestic. Escaping from the grey vibes of Raincouver to a sunny snow-dreamland? 10/10 would recommend. Snow-covered trees, fresh trails, and pure aesthetic joy. Heads up though: this stuff is dangerously fun. Like, how have I gone this long without trying snowmobiling? And why didn’t anyone tell me it’s this awesome? Pretty sure I’ll be asking Santa for a snowmobile next year. (Husband, if you’re reading this, take notes!) IIt’s fast, it’s loud, and it handles corners like a drunk hippo—by which I mean it’s hilariously awesome. !!!Huge props to our guide, who was a total legend. He’s British (sorry, I didn’t catch the name), and apparently, he came to BC for “four months”... three years ago. Guess he fell in love with this place, and honestly, same. He was super knowledgeable, ridiculously kind, and so passionate about snowmobiles. His enthusiasm was so contagious! He showed us jaw-dropping spots, answered all our questions, gave us a crash course in snowmobiles AND avalanche safety. Absolute legend!!! Honestly, this was one of the best things I’ve ever done. If you’re in Whistler, DO IT. You’ll thank me later!Written 27 December 2024

- Al G0 contributionsImmerse yourself for the best experienceA bit unsure about this before it began, I loved it. The creativity of the team who have put the multimedia experience together is amazing. It’s the way the lights and music and sounds and projections work together which makes this so special. I recommend just immersing yourself in it. If with a group, go through the walk as if alone, so you can get absorbed in the music and lights.Written 1 November 2024

- fredjr110 contributionsAmazing time in the mountainsI was able to get on the TAG Razor tour this past August and it did not disappoint! If you are bringing a group to Whistler, TAG is the way to go. My suggestion: ask for Robyn Green in the TAG office for all your needs. She's the best. In the midst of getting us squared away at the site, a bee stung her!!!!!!!!!!!! But, she was a trooper and kept right on going. This girl is tough and competent!!!Written 30 September 2024

- williamwS2147JT0 contributions48H Notice of cancellationWe were told our booked time for the Summer Vallea Lumina course was cancelled due to maintenance from Sept 22nd to Sept 25th. That's all well and good, but they literally gave us 48 hours notice. We booked a stay in whistler specifically to go to this event, and now we've lost our deposit on the hotel if we decide to cancel our booking. This is completely unacceptable. If you have maintenance and need to cancel, you should be giving customers a week's notice. We booked this MONTHS ago. We went back in 2018 and had a fantastic time, so this is just absolutely disappointing.Written 20 September 2024

My 17-year-old daughter and I went zip lining, and it was by far the highlight out of many adventures on our trip to Whistler! Not only because it was a total thrill being up so high and soaring over the valleys and trees, but because our guides Stephan and Steve were the absolute BEST and made it even that much more awesome! Both were a perfect mix of fun, personable, great energy with stories of our surroundings, professional and on top of that ensured all of us felt absolutely safe and comfortable. Another very impressive note I should make, is that the whole Superfly team made it 100% important during these crazy times we are in to ensure masks were worn, social distancing was followed and had many hand sanitizing stations in place at their base camp and along the entire zip line adventure.
I would HIGHLY recommend choosing this when up at Whistler and definitely pick Superfly!

Pablo and Jordan were great in explaining safety instructions and advising us what to expect. While the top 2 zip lines were closed due to weather, and we wanted to go ahead with the 4 shorter lines, they automatically discounted the package without us asking. We had a great time and would definitely go back again!

We went for the Superfly zipline last month and the experience was definitely one I'd recommend. The guides were friendly and fun and we really enjoyed the 4 ziplines. It was unfortunate that the weather was a bit cloudy so we couldn't see much on the first zipline, so if you can book with the weather in mind, I would recommend waiting for a sunny day.

Fantastic experience on the Superfly Ziplines - the views were spectacular, staff were great and made you feel very safe and the fire at the end of the first zipline was a nice touch. We were lucky to go on a quiet day so it was just myself and my friend (who's in my bubble). We got lucky with the weather and had some sun - definitely recommend going on a clear day to get the best view of the mountains. The zipline experience was more relaxing than scary for me - but you definitely get the adrenaline rush on the third one!

Amazing experience on all levels!!! First of all through my own parenting error I booked the wrong day and showed up with my family. The guest services immediately started to figure out how we could still do the two activities we wanted to do over the next few days. They were extremely helpful. Kudos to the onsite check in group. The ziplining we just had to come back a little later same day. We are a family of four and going into it I was by far the most nervous. Ruby and her guides we very patient and kept the mood very light, positive and humorous to keep my comfort level up. We made our way up to the start in the atvs and when we got to the top my heart stopped. (Spoiler alert) the first of four lines that you do is by far the biggest. I thought they were going to start small as a warm up! I was really scared and wasn't sure I could go through with it. Ruby was very nice and supportive and made me feel very comfortable about the safety of it all. Even with my brain says no way, I still stepped up to go second to get it over with. As soon as I started going it was the most amazing experience. With the harness style they use I felt safe and comfortable so I could really enjoy the view and look around. It really is like flying. Even as someone who was very very nervous going in, as soon as I started I was in and loved it. Really enjoyed all four lines. Highly highly recommend.

Great tour. Really well organised. Guides were excellent, friendly, helpful and professional . I can't rate it high enough. It was my first zip line experience and I was nervous. (I'm 67 years old) The guides were reassuring, answered every question and gave me confidence. Each zip line was different speed, height etc. and all were amazing. If you get the chance do it. You won't regret it.

Buyer Beware!!! We booked the Superfly tours in October with the Costco gift cards. There are no limitations or restrictions noted on the Costco cards, but when you try to use them for online booking, The Adventure Group only gives 75% of the value as credit. No explanation on the website. When I called to find out why, I was told they discount the card value in certain seasons. We already paid a $30 p.p. premium price for October bookings, and now lost $50 of gift card value. Not very ethical.

This was so fun! The views—though maybe a little nerve-wracking at first—were amazing and helped make the whole experience. Tom and Jack were excellent guides; they clearly walked through the steps and safety measures. Tom particularly was great at making you feel more comfortable and remembered everyone's names without asking twice. My wife was initially nervous about the height of the ziplines, but then volunteered us to go first and then wished there were more to do at the end. Would definitely do this again!

First time to Whistler and my first activity was Superfly Ziplines! I loved it! Our guides Josh and Tom were great! They were funny and made sure everything was running smoothly and safe! It was snowing while we were up there. Which made it a little difficult to see (thank goodness they gave us goggles!), but it was so beautiful! And the lines were fun! I liked how there were different types of lines, lengths, steepness, etc. It made it more exciting! I really enjoyed this and would definitely come back! Also, the starting point area was beautiful as well!

Amazing time. Best zip lines ever. Koala and Natalie where terrific hosts. I would recommend a day here for sure.
Only recommendation would be to allow guests to reserve a time for each activity. Far too much waiting around.

Hello Superfly Ziplines Staff!! I wanted to surprise my husband with passes to the ziplines as we're staying in Whistler for our 10 year anniversary Oct. 15-19th, but your website shows you're booked up :( Is there any way at all to be put on a cancelation list? It would mean so much to us to do this!! Please let me know! Thank you so much :)

There is a weight limit for both kids and adults. They weigh you before they allow you to zip line. A young boy was not allowed to zip line because he was to light.

Can I accompany my 14- year-old and 16- year-old if I am not participating but just want to take pictures and videos?
Written 22 November 2019
Unfortunately you will not be able to travel from line to line with them as the only way to get between them is via zipline or quite a long ride in the atv. They may allow you to ride up to the starting point and ride back down with the driver to the base camp / end point.
