The tour was an amazing experience, very complete we had an open bar and buffet. We also made snorkel time perfect for photos and on the final part, we discovered the beautiful beaches from Isla Mujeres.

This was a very well organised and enjoyable trip. Hotel pick up as promised, although I do often wonder if the hotels here have some kind of competition for the longest and bumpiest entrance. (The Haven wins) more on that later. The trip was everything it said it would be. A swift snorkel over a reef, then on to Isla Majeres. Here you are left to do what you like, we hired a golf buggy and chugged around the island and downed a few beers on the beach. Then, back on the boat. It's worth knowing that before the snorkel, no alcohol is served, but after that, it's game on. I was on the beer at first, but my day was going nowhere, but a tactical switch to the cocktails had the desired effect. Food was acceptable. Bus back was pretty rapid, but after caning the cocktails, it was still a bladder busting experience. It's an expensive trip, but I have no complaints, and the crew did an excellent job. That's the way you want it. Thanks, guys.

The food, the boat ride, and the host and her team were terrific. I enjoyed every moment of this experience and loved how friendly they were.

The cenotes were great. We had a good time but this got spoiled by the company that provides the transportation from and to the hotel. I think it’s called Sonatours. The transportation is provided in a big aircon coach thar on the way collects people from different points who are going to different destinations. Roberto, the tour guide, explained we were going to be dropped off at Casa Tortuga and then they would drive the other passengers to their destinations. They passed our destination (Casa Tortuga) and took us to a car park in Tulum where we had to wait about 30 minutes for small vans to collect the other passengers who were going to other places. When we asked what had happened to the original plan they just said that for logistics they had to change it and that they tend to do it frequently as it’s a “collective” transportation. On the way back another tour guide joined (Oscar). Both of the tour guides were given different instructions and timings to different passengers which delayed our departure for almost an hour. We were taken to the 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen and after the 1 hour walk we got back on the coach and 10 minutes later they told us to go off and change to the coach on the opposite road as they decided to take our coach to other hotels. It was very disorganised and they justify themselves by saying it’s a collective service which never got mentioned at the sale point. Families with children really suffered with this messing around.

It gets pretty crazy with so many different tours and people in one place, I know the whole team were working really hard to organize everyone and they did a great job! I decided to upgrade it was only $60 more; but My friend and I didn't feel so cramped and felt we were able to enjoy ourselves and spread out! The staff were welcoming and we always were informed on the upcoming tasks; ie getting prepared for snorkeling, for docking, the time schedule, what to expect and how to be safe and not get left behind! There was JUST enough time in between activities and for having so many points of interest I'm impressed with the organisation without feeling rushed ! Towels , waterproof case, dry clothes, pesos to tip staff and/or get souvenirs/ food/ drinks that are on the island, personal fan, dramamine non-drowsy, hat, sunscreen! There was a buffet included but I was still hungry!

The catamaran was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and the buffet was great! I would book another excursion with them again.

The experience itself was good but dealing with the tour operator not so much. It took 3 messages for them to confirm our pick up point and on the day when we got to the port we were asked to pay port taxes even though our booking clearly stated that all taxes were included. Whether it is the tour operator’s fault or a miscommunication by Viator I am yet to find out but the result is the same: we were $80 out of pocket.

I was expecting a little more for $150USD! The snorkeling was great this was first time for me & it’s looks just like on TV. Everyone was patient & kind!

Fantastic trip, the boat guides were amazing and made it a 40th to remember. Pick up and transfers to and from the dock were great, air conditioned and comfortable minibus

Never occurred it was canceled due to weather waiting on a refund which still hasn’t come through it was canceled twice no referral for a second option

This was an amazing day trip, we were very well taken care of. The drinks were flowing, music great, and the people were amazing- cabin and crew!! We had the best time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a boat day adventure!

We had an amazing experience with Cancun Sailing. The crew was so fun and attentive and the snorkeling was great… we even got to see a sea turtle! Overall 10/10 experience that we highly recommend!

Caribbean Dream We sail on an Azure Sea With welcoming hosts The experience has me waxing poetic. But seriously, it was a fine experience, sailing on a beautiful day, on a beautiful sea, with a friendly crew serving drinks until we cried no mas!

We booked a 4 hour tour starting at 10 am. At 9:50 they messaged me saying the boat was delayed and we would start at 11 am. Once the onshore point of contact arrived at 11 am we experienced further delays; we kept walking up and down the street, meeting other groups, giving our lunch order and waiting around. We didn't get on the boat until 11:45. We were onshore for the day only as we had to return to our cruise ship by late afternoon. The boat guides were great and we loved the stops but the delays stressed us all out. We had to skip the lunch at the end of the tour in order to make it to our cruise ship on time. If you have any time constraints at all DO NOT BOOK.

Very worthwhile trip with transfer included which was a huge help to us as our hotel is out of most 'pick up zones'. We were picked up and transferred to cancun with ease and in a timely fashion. The Catamaran tour is operated by Cancun sailing - our team on board were super helpful and friendly. We were topped up on the inclusive drinks regularly and they had a great selection of cocktails. The onboard lunch could be improved however we we had plans to eat on the island so didn't effect our trip. Unfortunately, the snorkelling wasn't all that good either due to the choppy sea conditions however my partner did say that what he got to see was still brilliant. We had 2.5 hours of free time on the island - HIGHLY recommend renting a golf buggy and exploring that way. We stopped for dinner and a local beer before doing some shopping and heading back to the boat. The trip is the perfect amount of time, we never felt rushed and could relax knowing we were looked after by the boat team and had a transfer waiting to take us back on the other side. Overall very good trip 😊
