    Thank you for your feedback, we sincerely apologize for the communication issues as this created a very unpleasant experience for you, The mix up occurred because our booking platform was recently changed and the API never linked your booking with our current platform, the passengers we had listed were checked and the tour left on time our representative was there to board them. The 12:00 pm departure was given as an option to you as a result of the API connectivity issue (we are currently working on correcting this matter) Kindly accept our apologies as we make every effort to continually improve our service.
