We thought this flight was excellent and for such a long journey we were very well looked after. Yes there were a number of stag and hens on board but they were well behaved and well managed by the crew. The crew were superb throughout and were very personable attentive and polite. They kept us well fed and watered but...

Decided to try Virgin instead of BA. Found them very good. With the exception of one snippy flight attendant, the staff were lovely. Food OK. good choices.

This was the worst flight I have ever been on and never will I fly by Virgin Atlantic again. The seats were like boards - you just couldn't get comfortable at all and despite paying extra for leg room sleeping was near impossible. The toilets were dirty and had no facilities for washing or drying hands (everything was empty) and...

Virgin is our airline of choice and they never fail to please. Food and beverages are more or less constant throughout the flight, nothing is ever too much trouble and the cabin crew work so hard. Having flown long haul Several times in the last 12 months, the menu could do with changing. On our return flight there was a...

checked in the night before our flight and dropped off our luggage, great. We love the extra luggage allowance you get in premium 23kg x2 per person! We didn't realise, but we were able to go through hand baggage check in as a priority, which really speeded things along. The staff were great and drinks forthcoming. Leg room was good...

What are the odds against getting the same aircraft on the return leg three weeks later? On the outbound flight I tried to lever myself out of my seat to use the 'restroom' but was very hampered by the reclined seat in front of me. As a result the armrest on the aisle side was dislodged. I reported this to...

This is a bit late as it refers to a flight back in 2014 but something prompted me to remember the truly exceptional service we had on our return flight. We booked Premium Economy from Gatwick to Orlando which was wonderful. On our return we had Economy seats, but for not much money upgraded so we had extra legroom seats...

We actually flew Upper Class although Trip Advisor did not give me that option. We bought sleeper beds to see if my husband who has chronic pain and is 6'4" could be comfortable enough to sleep during a very long flight (11 hrs + 4.5 layover +11 hrs). The answer to a resounding YES! No question it is expensive but...

Premium economy works well for us. My partner is around 6’ so likes the extra space and I really like the foot rests. We had a fabulous flight attendant called Noel who told us he’s from Belfast. He couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fine on the way out but...

Probably one of the greatest experiences of my traveling-life. My family and I flew the transatlantic flight in First Class and it was definitely and experience. Limo service to and from the airport, roundtrip, lounge areas were exceptional, especially the lounge in London Heathrow... WOW! This is honestly one of my favorite airlines, I wish they participated in more domestic...
