Flew from Denver to Porto Portugal. Through Newark. The first flight was fine. There were mechanical problems with the plane and it took them hours to find a new one to get us to Portugal. The plane was an older long range 757. The seats were not very comfortable. The screens for the entertainment did not work very well. There...

United Airline has lost my business. They make traveling so uncomfortable by being so greedy even a 1-hour flight will not be worth what they charge when other carriers can offer a passenger more for the same fare. When they say "fly united they mean just that." You're glued to the next passenger sitting next to you. They should use...

I fly every month for work and always use United. The boarding process has gotten better since they do not have the credit card folks boarding with people who actually earned their status. On board domestically it is pretty much the same as any airline. I used to fly first class, but honesty, first class domestic flights are not very...

I know that United has been vilified lately, but I have been flying with them for a very long time. Overall they attempt to take care of frequent flyers by offering premier access at security an in boarding. Business class in the lay flat seat is a dream. Literally. I fell asleep as soon as I was allowed to lay...

I took this flight from Newark to Paris on 14th October. Positively, it left on time and arrived 30 minutes early. Even in economy, the leg room is adequate and there is a good level of baggage space. The positives end there. The service at the gate was pretty close to being a pantomime. The staff were totally un-coordinated and...

At the kiosk checking in my bag, my Driver's License must have fell out of my wallet. When I got to the ticket counter, they asked for my ID and it was no where to be found. Like many passengers, I began to get frantic. The gentlemen at the counter told me that they may still let me on the...

Flew UA #139 in First Class on September 26, 2018 from Reykjavik to Newark Liberty and had two of the best UA flight attendants ever namely Karen & Wilton. What a great team!!! Superior attention to details and comfort as well as extremely personable.

On a recent visit to French Canada, I had 3 separate flights. Two of those flights were on Air Canada and they were very pleasant and the service was excellent. The final leg from Chicago to Houston was very unpleasant. Seating in coach was very uncomfortable. Although I boarded in second group and could find room in the overhead bin,...
