Unfortunately the plane was cramped, no leg room whatsoever and even less for anyone slightly overweight. A few of the attendants were talking poorly about another passenger in ear shot of...other passengers. I won't be using them again, simply because I choose to be comfortable.

I am 5'2" tall, so the seats were fine for me. However, my 18 year old son, who is only 5'10" tall could not fit into the seat without shifting sideways. His knees were shoved into the seat in front of him when he sat in the seat the regular way. The economy seats also did not have plugs, so...

Probably will try to avoid flying this airline didn’t have an option of taking on a carryon, that doesn’t make me happy.Staff was friendly , but definitely felt like a discount fare . My husband and I did not have seats together but was told by the representative of the airline it was up to us to try to figure it...

What a fool I was. To think that a major airline on a major holiday would be ok. Well the 4th of July, was fine by me, but evidently not by any of the United employees I came in contact with. All, with out exception, were rude, uninterested in helping, made no eye contact, and seemed that they couldn't wait...

I was on my way to the Bahamas and had to check 2 bags. So $65.00 later I checked my bags. That's just the way it is so the United executives can have multi-million dollar salaries. I then start getting hassled by a (B) itch at the check in gate because I have a personal item and a small duffel...

United Airlines Mainline Flights are improved over the last few years with new management. On Time performance and reliability is near the top. However pay attention when booking flights in and out of Memphis if you are trying to avoid the United "Express Jet" experience. Hard to do some days. And if flying to Houston, give your self plenty of...

I had booked 2 tickets with United using American Express Points to partially pay for them. I booked basic economy but while checking in decided to upgrade for the long first leg to have seats together. This upgrade carried through both flights going out as well as the return flights. The smaller planes, Embraers, were very roomy in economy plus...

Slight improvement in Business class service since I reviewed it 8 months ago. The seat converting to bed was making weird mechanical noises which sounded as if break down!. Food was average, you can get similar in economy class just not served in fancy manner tablecloth etc. Unfortunately they have no competition for direct flight from EWR to DEL has...

Decided to book First Class flights. What a waste of money!! Premier Access consists of getting slightly faster down to the general pool of people in the standard security queue. Having been told the airline lounge was available we were slightly embarrassed to be turned away with a look of contempt at the desk as apparently that's only for International...
