The boarding took ages and we were made to wait in a cramped corridor before we could go to the plane. It was very humid and difficult as I have a back condition. The seats are tiny and it was impossible to hear the announcements. Only one toilet was working and we could only exit from one door and as...

You get what you pay for. I've always found them reasonably efficient. You can pay more for a reservation and baggage, or do it on the cheap. I can't stand all the faffing around putting luggage in the lockers when there clearly isn't enough room. Our flight was late, as seems to the case more often than not. But there...

It was quite good. Nothing extreme!! The tickets were cheap, the space inside the cabin is small but sufficient for a short trip.

The CEO of Ryanair hates the English. He was widely quoted as saying that "England's pain has always been Ireland's gain". Still, we fly on his airline because it is the cheapest way to get to where we want to go. You soon lose count of the number of people who state that their flight to the other side of...

Great flight, on time and very good service. Only problem was it was pouring with rain and we were bussed to airline, this resulted in delay in getting into airline and so many passengers were soaked including myself.

Flew out with one airline e and back with this one. Paid for priority to take hand luggage on board. On reflection we need not have bothered. No weighing of the case was done, so it could have been as heavy as we wanted. A bit squashed on board as seating tight. Cabin service was 't the best. Cheap but...

A bog-standard trip, on a bog-standard airline. It was cheap and cheerful. Read the small-print so you know exactly where you stand with additional costs eg for booking a seat, extra legroom, additional bag, priority boarding, etc. They were red hot on checking the bags were within weight and size limits, obviously hoping to make more money. There was not...

Cheap, get what you pay for. Except that there were uncertainties re the recent industrial action. But usually they are quite good, punctual, with good on -ground service. I'd fly with them again.

Found out that cabin baggage policy was changing so paid for priority the day before Ryanair announced changes. Went to check in as in the past staff have always wanted to check the size and weight of any hand luggage but were told this wasn't necessary as we had checked in on-line. So no check of hand luggage size or...

Why Rynair thinks any average sized person is actually comfortable in their squeezed seat is a baffle to me. Looking at other airlines, who have reasonable leg rooms, Ryanair has managed to get rid of their leg rooms and squeezed in more seats, making our flight unbearably painful and uncomfortable!
