This was my first flight with EVA and I was delighted at the exceptional cabin staff who are adept at customer service and attention. The food was excellent and not once did I need to ask for anything. The staff, without being in any way obtrusive, preempt that you may need a drink. The blanket was soft and comfortable. This...

It was my first time to fly with Eva Air to the US. I chose this airline because it had the lowest fare. The flight went very smoothly. Boarding procedure was very orderly (by groups). Offers big baggage allowance for flights to the US (two check-in bags weighing 23kgs each, plus carry-on bags). Both on-board and ground staff were helpful,...

We flew Premium Economy for the first time on this trip and the extra dollars were well worth it, plenty of space, much more comfortable seats and excellent service from the cabin crew for the whole trip. Plenty of small perks and dedicated toilets for premium economy meant no long waits. We will definitely travel this way again.

This was my first international trip on EVA. Normally I would have flown Cathay Pacific, ANA or JAL but none of them offered availability or a schedule that would work for my needs. EVA did but I was unfamiliar with this carrier so I did some basic research before making a final decision. Here's what I learned; 1- They are...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I am 6’ tall and was worried about sitting in economy for such long flights but economy was just fine - leg room was above average in comparison to many other airlines. I am glad I didn’t spend the $1,000 to upgrade!

Booked an premium economy ticket from Hanoi to Vancouver but was only informed at the boarding gate when i asked why my two tickets weren’t the same is when the agent said that premium economy wasn’t available on the flight from Hanoi to Taipei. I asked why and he said the plane didn’t offer the seating. All the agents worked...

We're ones of the many passengers who got delayed due to the winter storm Grayson. Our flight was initially scheduled for Jan 6th, 2018 - 0020 hrs. Since before the storm, we kept calling all EVA numbers we could find, we only reached machines. We visited the EVA airport counters (like many others) at around 6pm on Jan 5th, no...

Tried EVA first time. My impression was that the cabin staff was attentive and friendly. The plane itself was older compare to its competitors airline in the region. The seats are so so, cabin entertainment are not the newest offerings or varied enough. The plane was delayed going and returning, so what can I say? I wouldn't fly long haul...

Great service, paid to go premium economy, well worth it. The extra leg room made a big difference on the flight. The service was great, cannot fault it. Its the first time we have flown with them. I would highly recommend then the flight was on time.

Price is fantastic for a Premium Economy Class compared to other Star Alliance airlines. Only drawback was Entertainment was quite limited. Food was ok, standard casseroles. Service was good.
