All things average at best. Business travelers hog all the overheads, and of course they board first due to elite, premier or whatever other class they put their bread and butter business passengers in. The flight attendants were great, and the plane comfortable. We usually fly Southwest, and guess we have been spoiled with their service.

Travelling on Christmas day might have contributed to the pleasant attitudes of everyone but whatever the case, it was a good experience. The flight was on time and smooth. We were in Economy Class so the seating was a little better and that was a plus as well.

A very pleasant flight with a thoughtful cabin crew in First Class; pilots were good at providing flight information to passengers.

Its not uncommon for us to be assigned seats with carriers we are not crazy about when we travel on tours. We could have changed carriers on this trip but decided to give Delta another chance since we have been avoiding them the last couple of years. Part of the reason for this was that in that same timeframe my...

We had opted to use miles for this emergency trip to Arkansas . We could only afford coach . As the departure date approached we discovered we had been upgraded to first class making this family emergency tolerable. Service was amazing . Our layover in Atlanta is always pleasant . We enjoyed lovely service, food service and seats . Though...

I have flown lots of miles, lots of places. The flight from Atlanta to Cozumel had nice inflight entertainment center, enjoyed a good movie. Other than that nothing memorable - which to me is very good flight. Loaded pretty smoothly, left on time, no bumps or bangs, little snack, beverage service, attendants pleasant. Exactly what I want from a flight.

After pushing back from the gate we waited for close to an hour to be towed back to the gate to be off loaded while another plane was retrieved from the hangar. Was rebooked on a flight leaving in 35 mins. Bags didn't make it to destination. Wound up waiting until original flight made it to CHS. I was told...

Flight attendants did not provide Immigration forms. Passengers were told they were no longer required. However, when we deplaned in Cancun we were required to fill out Immigration forms. All 300 plus passengers had to stop and complete the forms before they could leave the airport. Delta stands by the "not required" statement. This leaves the question, If you can...
