VOMIT ON THE CHAIR WHILE BOARDING ANF MISSING LUGGAGE

Might as well save your money and swim to destination. Worst costumer service, no answer to emails , phone numbers either they don’t work or they are completely useless . The airplanes are old and nasty (we went on 4 different ones and every single one was Rubbish) , my husband sat on vomit !!!! Yes, vomit ! The chair wasn’t clean, the staff is nothing but rude and disrespectful, we had an one year old with us and they told me that the infant didn’t have food (I booked before hand food) and we had to fight to get food for him. Everytime we managed to put him to sleep they would be screaming next to us , waking up all the babies around . Lost all of 3 suitcases , no number to contact and no follow up done . I travel every year and tried almost all the airlines and I can say for sure that I’m in shock how this airline still operates, I’ll for sure never use them again and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either !

The service was very bad not so much legroom so at night after falling asleep i woke up and my nose started bleeding luckily I had a mask on so it did not go on the seat i called the flight attendant button 2 times and no 1 came to help so i ran to the bathroom and they were both locked i tried looking for paper but their was none so i waited and was just bleeding finally someone came out of the bathe room and i quickly took of my mask and washed my face after i stopped bleeding and as i was walking back to my seat a flight attendant finally saw my mask full of blood and asked what happened and i told them they only said a sorry and that's all

Worst Staff

The worst airline / service i had experience. Staff are very rude and not very helpful. My whole family traumatized of what happened.. Never ever buy ticket to this airline.

Got a vegetarian meal!!!

To book a vegetarian meal you need to ring the international customer service line on their website: 0086-21-95530, the call will start off in Chinese but don't be put off! Wait for the English service option, then you can get through to a rep who can book you a vegetarian/vegan meal. They speak good English! It took me a while of phoning different numbers to find that this one worked.
