Headquartered in Manila, the airline has hubs at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL), Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB), Clark International Airport (CRK), Kalibo International Airport (KLO), Francisco Bangoy International Airport (DVO) and Iloilo International Airport (ILO). The website crashed twice while booking. In the end the flight was cancelled 9 hours before departure. No alternative flights were available. The refund luckily came through within two days.
