I was scared at first because it was windy, we hit a few bumps, but the pilot was very skilled and handled the flight well. I was impressed! I liked being able to see a lot more than on a big plane.

Be sure you understand the planes are tiny and highly subject to weather conditions and mechanical trouble. Our flight from Boston to Augusta was delayed 2hours due to mechanical difficulties. The flight back was cancelled because of fog. We had to take a bus to Boston. After paying the bus fare, we basically received a 20 dollar refund. I would...

When we arrived at the airport 40min before our flight we got told by the agent that they “close” the flight an hour before and we are unable to be on it. He then proceeds to answer multiple phone calls and ignore us for ten minutes before telling us we can take the next flight out...in four hours. Walked through...

I really like being able to get my travels started in a small airport close to home. I love sitting right behind the pilot and getting to see what all is going on. they delivered us into Lambert just a few gates away form our next flight. We save time and save on parking at the big airport.

I was booked RT on them but when I arrived in Boston a blizzard was hitting the NorthEast, the airport I was heading to was closing for the day and Logan was about to as well. So I had to make other plans to complete my trip. Long story short, the return part of the flight went well. It was...

My experience with Cape Air was absolutely horrible from start to finish. They cancelled my first flight without notifying me and I only found out by approaching gate agents (as they were leaving) to inquire about my flight. Their website even showed the flight as still happening. Then, when I finally DID get a flight, I was humiliated by the...

USER BEWARE!!!! I booked a flight on Cape Air (Hahn Air) to locations that were devistated by hurricane Irma and Juan. Even w that, Cape Air did not provide a refund. I get very discouraged when companies care more about the almighty dollar than the customer!

Ticket agt suggested I let 3 people on before me, so I didn't get the seat behind pilot..good call. It was very noisy, on return trip I brought ear plugs. Flight up great, coming back a little rough on entering Boston...did not know planes could fly on an angle and still land! It was super cold and I am sure...

We live far away from any major airport, so when the Cape air commuters flight was started it made winter travel easy. It’s much safer to fly, then drive to Boston. The flight was on time, polite staff, no problems. Cost was great.

Our September 2017 flight from ACK to Boston Logan was cancelled due to fog. We are still waiting, over 3 months later for our $600 refund from Cape Air!!! They never return our calls or e-mails! These guys are crooks! Kinda doubt Cape Air is financially viable--probably doesn't bode well for their aircraft maintenance either! We'd just like the $600...
