A long haul flight from Sydney to LA, to Miami, to Martinique - all flights were on time & service on each flight was excellent - friendly staff, good food, comfortable seats.

Wife and I booked flight to and from DCA 3 months in advance as we had a conference to attend. We paid a little bonus to get preferred seating on both flights. Flight to DC was uneventful but when we got our luggage the large brand new suit case was minus a wheel. We were part of a group and...

We got there on time so all was good. When we flew out it was on a red eye. Not sure why they feel compelled to keep the screens on in the middle of the night when people are asleep. I ended up wrapping my pillow case around my eyes. It was a decent flight, on time not too bad...

Wonderful flight! American Airlines offered us the best departing and returning times for our trip to Jamaica. Flight attendants were gracious and friendly, pilot was great at informing us about the flight arrivals and pertinent information.

Over all our flying experience was a good one. We did have problem with a suitcase. We swapped planes in charlotte and our checked bag did not come with us. AA eventually got it on a later flight from Charlotte to Ft Lauderdale. unfortunately, our final destination was Eluethera Bahamas. Our suitcase was put on a flight from Ft Lauderdale...

The flight from Miami to Boston was PACKED. It was a Friday night and it was expected but I had paid $19 to upgrade my seat a week ahead of time thinking I was getting more legroom when in reality I paid just to be closer to the front of the plane and in a window seat. I was deceived....

This flight from BOS to MIA was normal. The flight down on Wed. was great because it wasn't full & I had an open seat next to me which allowed me to get more comfortable. The regular economy seats were fine for me, I am 5'4 so I didn't need the extra legroom. There were no seat back entertainment but...

Dreamliners are nice and smooth and quiet. It's a shame AA haven't carried that through to their seating, which is far too narrow, and too close to the seat in front. I'm an average size and I was spilling into the aisle and bumped constantly whenever anyone moved past. And my wife is also average size, 13 year old a...

American gets worse rather than better - the leg room is non-existent and the crew barely served us a drink after wasting an hour selling us on a new credit card. Priorities are all up in the air for this airline. Time to fly on someone else that understands that the customer is the answer to their issues - not...

My recent experience with American Airlines, flying from Orlando to Portland, ME, via Charlotte, NC, was excellent. The flight information was communicated in a clear, and timely manner; the flights were on-time, as scheduled; the AA staff was friendly and professional. The flight was relatively smooth, and the plane was comfortable. In short, I arrived at my destination as expected...
