This service is operated using a 737 800 max. The flight time is 1hour 50 and soon meal service just snacks eg beef jerky and beverages in business class. The cabin was laid out in 2 and 2. The seats were comfortable and we used the Wifi system via the AA app to watch programmes on our iPads. We later...

My first time on 787 Dreamliner. This aircraft had the flatbed seating. The privacy screen was “stuck” in the up position and so talking to my wife was not possible. The usb charging points didn’t work. The meal was acceptable but the “champagne “ was served in plastic glasses on boarding. Glassware was provided for the meal service. There was...

Very easy cross-country trip even with a too-short layover in Phoenix. Still, we made it and our bags did also. All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, and it was fun flying on a monstrous Airbus A330.

Flew from Dallas to Sioux Falls and my experience starts with the app not working my forgot password not working properly and the email to reset never came. After getting to my gate we get treated to a guy shouting at a gate agent because he missed his flight by 5 minutes because they were delayed on the Tarmac from...

Outstanding service on both legs of the flights. Granted it was first class, but they were friendly and never needed to ask for another drink or anything for that matter. The flight from Charlotte to Punta was on an A300 believe, great plane. We had fully lie down seats and pretty much your own pod. Best experience of first class...

The flights and attendants were professional, without delays, and routine. The people with whom I shared the row were intelligent and reserved.

My friend and I were traveling to Dallas to visit my grieving cousin and we missed the window to check our luggage so they had to re-route us. The customer service (CS) rep, Sherryl, was so kind and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we had seats on the next flight. She then was the CS rep...

So...I leave GSO, no issues whatsoever! Even got through security with a very small kiddie size bottle of water waaaay down in my pocket-book. Wow, what a treat, right? Anywho...get to DCA; oh my word.....we waited for the flight for three and a half hours in addition to the layover. Turns out...The ice and snow packed at BOS (my destination)...

Very unfortunately, the US airlines do not get raving reviews of how great they are anymore. My recent experience with AA is even worst. Usually, I don't like to give a one-star review, however, this experience was such. AA does not have competitive routes in my area, so I have limited experience with their luggage fee policy. On a recent...
