I was looking forward to trying the new Premium Economy seats, and they are fantastic. I would recommend the upgrade. Although there was a delay in leaving Manchester, the check in process was efficient. There is always lots of food on offer and the beef was really nice. Although there was a lot the Veggi option didn't look to good....

We left Melbourne on the Qantas part of the American Airlines controlled trip. We had asked ahead of time for gluten free meals. They had no record. My husband had ear phones for the movies in flight (provided by the airline) both were defective. The choice of entertainment was good. When we arrived in LA, we were directed to get...

Booked a flight from Buffalo to STT a year ago, flight changed three times. The last change was on the day of flight. We had a difficult time to reschedule flight to reach our destination on time to start our vacation. American Airlines was not customer service friendly. We were treated as if they were doing us a favor by...

It was a rough flight with heavy turbulence, but whole crew and captain did an excellent job of letting us know what to expect and conducted food and beverage service very well.

I had a planned long layover in DFW coming out of Oklahoma City - which was a good thing after a long and very expensive Uber to the Will Rogers Airport to escape the onset of an April snow(!!). The first leg in a little plane got off the ground on time, weather irrespective (yay!), and docked in Terminal A,...

We were returning home on a flight from Lima, Peru to Philadelphia on an early flight (6:45 a.m.) and arrived at the airport 3 hours prior (3:45 a.m.) but our flight was delayed due to an airplane part that needed to be flown in. The flight didn't leave until 10:00 the next morning but luckily my husband called American and...

Trip was uneventful. Nothing outstanding or poor to report on. Plane was only about a quarter full so we had plenty of room to stretch out.

Uneventful flight to D.C. and back. Flights actually were on time. Plenty of legroom but the seats were small and uncomfortable. I’m 6ft and 210 lbs and the seats felt like they were built for a much smaller person. Flew out of gate 35x at Reagan National which sucks. Everyone crammed upstairs to wait then you go downstairs to board...

“If you can call their help desk, you'll get better and more current service info than from gate attendants, and the AA app is real helpful.”
