It has been a good experience. I suggest to use this two airports to travel from England to Italy because are very well connected to the towns . The flight has been comfortable and the crew very Kindle and professional. I hope to take again this air company next future.

My family and me took this flight for a small vacation. One hour delay on the outgoing flight, one hour on the return, however compensated during the flight. Personnel very kind, we had a stroller for our baby, managed very well, we could bring this up to the plane and then be boarded to be give back just after the...

We arrive to the airport 2 hours before the flight not 3, the attendants at the counter told us, we had lost our flight. The check in of luggage was confusing, there was the same line for business and regular check in, the person from Alitalia at the Airport in Rome told us, use this line (business) they got our...

We flew from Johannesburg to Athens with a stop over in Rome and back again for the first time with Alitalia in July 2018. This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Going to Europe, we waited 2 hours after take-off for food to be served. The evening meal was meager, the drinks were served AFTER the meal with...

I have to say that my flight was actually quite pleasant. The reason for the bad review is for their ability to handle unexpected situations. When our flight to Milan was delayed, causing us to miss our connecting flight, that's when things got bad. For those with no time, the TL;DR is they had no communication, well they had one...

On board the Alitalia airplane things are OK, but the Online check in of Alitalia fails completely. They system states that you are checked in and will send you the digital boarding passes but it doesn't. When you go back in to print them, the system states your checked in but the process hangs and you cannot print the passes....

Headed to Rome to start our cruise and flew on Alitalia (Delta Co-Share); 75-minute delay because of the late arriving Alitialia Crew who should have stayed in bed. The most impersonal and non-interested personnel imaginable providing client services on this almost 8-hour flight. Must preface this with the fact that I am an extensive traveler for both business/pleasure and my...

The planes to and from Italy with Alitalia were old specially the one on the way back to Mexico City. The entertainment was poor, the flight attendants would only show up when they deliver the food service but the rest of the 12 hour flight they where nowhere to be seen in case you wanted water or anything.

The flight worked fine, but lots of the frills were really clunky. I found the online aspects of Alitalia really poor. The website is hard to use. The phone app is rubbish and the loyalty miles thing is really clunky too, almost not worth the effort. The flight was cheap but a bit like Ryanair, you get charged for everything...

A simple straight 2and half hour flight ended in a big problem. Our two luggages tagged priority didn't meet us in London. Aside this flight was fine and on time. Bags joined us the following morning at lunchtime.
