We booked flights, hotel in Barcelona, and Mediterranean cruise with Air Transat. We are very satisfied with our decision. Although long, the flights were punctual, the service by flight attendants was outstanding and the food for economy class was hot and delicious. Being Toronto residents we used Sunwing for vacations in the past, from now on we will seriously consider...

Probably the most uncomfortable seats we've ever had on a flight - hard and extremely short legroom. Would only recommend an hour or so flight for this plane (B737-400). The newer planes are more comfortable.

We have done this trip three times now. It is the only direct non stop to/from Vancouver from Manchester. Good flight times good seatroom, its a pity it is not a year around service. This time we were diverted for a medical emergency. The crew were outstanding. Keeping us informed during what was a tricky serious situation. Somehow we missed...

Had an excellent flight, entertainment inflight was brilliant - good range of TV programmes and upto date films. Seats were comfortable and plenty of leg room. Staff were very pleasant and me and my husband got a free glass of prosecco as he had mentioned it was my 60th birthday. Food was very tasty (bit carb heavy for my liking!)...

We have flown to Caribbean and for short flights, you do not experience the crampy quarters - but on a long flight - it is exhausting! The onboard flight service was barebones! You pay for everything besides a meagre meal. This is the last time we fly long distance with them.

For a charter airline, this was an excellent experience - better than any other low cost flight I have ever taken. Clean plane, good choice of movies. Sufficient leg-space. And we departed and arrived right on time.

We were slightly late taking off, however, I have never boarded a plane at the front and turned left and we were economy! There were about 10rows of 9 seats behind business class but not in the main part of the aircraft. Brilliant! The seats gave us a reasonable amount of legroom, and were quite comfortable, however I wasn’t impressed...

WE flew from Manchester to Toronto in one of the new planes, we were given the extra leg room seats which were roomy, but the air-conditioning was on cold which we mentioned to the crew, they said it was an issue, so we had to put on extra layers of clothes, no offer of blankets unless we wanted to pay...

From booking the flight to completing our return flight we found the experience better than most airlines to this destination . Inquiries over the phone were dealt with politely & efficiently as was the booking in experience . We decided to book extra legroom seats which were well worth the extra £50 each way for greater comfort . The food...

Flew from Glasgow to Toronto the flight was ok......food was average there were limited in flight movies etc which was disappointing for long haul. On the return leg of the journey it was the worst flight I've ever experienced. Upon boarding the seats were so close together you couldn't relax your arms to a normal seating position you were squashed....
